The Pleasant House was exactly as described and absolutely perfect for my family. We had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home. It was very cozy inside and out. J and T even went the extra mile to personalize a welcome sign for us! They were helpful and the home was excellent.

We needed to be in Knoxville to help our son attending University Tennessee Knoxville while he is dealing with some health issues. Chris was very kind, allowed us to check in early and was very responsive. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Downtown Retreat: Chic and Spacious

EugeniaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

Creekside Blue -Direct Trail acc

EdRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My wife and I stayed 4 nights and then came back for 2 more nights the next week because this was a great location and served our purpose of Riding ATV trails. Shawn was allways available if we needed anything and one day he dropped by with a fresh Propane Tank for the Grill without us asking. I think he works hard and this place was cool with 4 King beds and a creek right on the property. Its a great location with a good host and we will stay there again. My wife really liked the mood lights or whatever you call those that project color on the ceiling. Its a neat place. Recommend! Ed Dalton Baton Rouge Louisiana

Cabin at Wildwood Springs

ErikaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great peaceful place to stay. Especially if you want to stay around and enjoy the beautiful property. We had everything we needed and the cabin was clean, comfortable and nice. Great place, great value. Shower in mbr is great. Note that the tub in the guest bath is not shower capable. Also note if you are heading to Knoxville or Pidge/Gat you will do a bit of driving on curvy roads. Just part and parcel. Could not beat the value. Highly recommend.

Glamping in a Riverfront Tiny Home -40 acre Farm

KerryRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Wonderful place to stay! We were in town to visit University of Tennessee and it was only a 15 min drive away. Exactly as pictured, sitting out on the back porch watching the sunset over the river while listening to the sounds of nature was an amazing way to end the day. Laura was incredibly responsive and kind. We had a great time kayaking and visiting the baby goats! If University of Tennessee is the school my daughter decides on this will be the place we stay every time we visit! Thank you!

Entire House - Top Of The World - Theater/Jacuzzi

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This place was a great find! It had tons of space to not be on top of each other. It was clean, clear instructions for check in and checkout. I didn’t need to contact anyone during our stay. The only real downside was the steep driveway for 12 passenger van.

Authentic Log Cabin Sauna, HotTub, Bar/Games, Fish

RossRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed at Big Ponderosa for the Big Ears festival and it could not have been more perfect! It’s only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Knoxville, but it felt so peaceful and relaxing to come home to after a long day of concert-going. The chirping of the frogs in the pond really gave it that down-home feel. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything one could need. Our dogs were in heaven with the huge fenced in hay field where they could run around off leash. And we loved the hot tub and sauna. Highly recommend!

If you want to glamp with a little bit of optional roughing it, this is the perfect spot! Beautiful, quiet, scenic. Showering outside while the sun rises? Yes please. Also, they have the sweetest guide dog! Nothing says "whimsical" like a cute dog to lead you to your cabin!
