Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Downtown Jersey City

This Airbnb was very clean and every room was decorated eclectically. The TV was easy to use and the backyard was full of things to do. We enjoyed sitting outside in the sun and under the umbrella visiting during the day. We cooked out on the grill and made s’mores around the fire pit in the evening. The flowers/lilacs were beautiful and there is easy access to the park. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter who lives only 5 minutes from this house. Camilla was a great host.

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

We absolutely loved the living environment there. It was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect peaceful retreat. The landlord went above and beyond by sending us over 20 detailed instructions in advance, explaining how to use every facility in the apartment. From start to finish, everything was meticulously arranged. We were all extremely satisfied with this stay

Great stay for our group of 9! We stayed 4 nights and found the rooms compact but sufficient since we were out exploring NYC most of the time. Emmanuel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided an extra house key when our group split up and allowed us to use the washer and dryer (including detergent), even though it was initially blocked off. The dryer wasn’t working properly due to a clogged vent, which we partially cleared and reported — Emmanuel appreciated the heads-up and said it would be fixed. Check-in/out was smooth, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our group, and though we didn’t use the cute backyard due to rain and being out, it was a nice touch. The only downside was that the floors were a bit dusty on arrival. Overall, it was a great place to stay and worked really well for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second time staying at Joseph's place, and it did not disappoint. His home is beautiful and contains all of the amenities you would want in an AirBnB. Joseph is also extremely responsive and it's clear he cares that your stay is a good one.

A lovely spot to stay! Booked for a weekend to attend a friend’s wedding nearby and it was a great home base. The unit was set up well for a stay, had clear instructions for utilities, and as a bonus the decor was cool! Would recommend staying here.

Very clean, exactly as described. Walkable to path and other transportation to NYC. Perfect location to enjoy both Hoboken and the city.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Great place to stay, he complied with everything he says in the post in addition to the fact that the hostess always responded quickly. I will return to this place, I was impressed :)

Cecia’s place is new and exactly as shown in the photos. She was very warm and recommended nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
