Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Jacksonville

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Accurate description, centrally located in downtown. Cynthia was very responsive and friendly. Visited Jacksonville for a work trip, but if I ever return I would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

Loved staying at Casey's place. I'm already planning to return next winter. Outstanding experience with Casey in every department!

Loved that it was so quiet. Bonus to have a king size bed that was extremely comfortable.

Amazing host and place to stay!

Besides the confusion of construction and the confusion of Uber and Uber eats everything else is fantastic. The young lady was attentive and responded to all of my messages even when I was locked out of the door that I could not realize how to open it. Five stars of the way I shall be back soon and yes, I’m gonna bring my Onewheel lol by the way, I left four kids in one of the plants. All you gotta do is water it and feed it. Try to find it because hon.

Our company utilized Irene's location to house managers while working in the area. Her response times are impeccable and the pictures of the house are very accurate. This location was clean, well kept, and included all amenities listed on the BNB listing. We most certainly would stay in one of her locations again. A big thanking for making it so easy to meet our company needs!

Our second stay at Casa Ramona, which fit our needs perfectly. We were in Jacksonville for a surgery visit to Mayo Clinic, and this place was our base of operations, for family and friends who came to provide care for my wife before and after her surgery. It had everything we needed, well equipped, very clean, and easy access to Mayo. We have another procedure in the fall and we’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available when we come back.

Phillip was an outstanding host, communication is key for me and he excelled at thay. My only issue is that the bed was firmer than I like but that didn't kill my stay or the vibe. A mattress topper would help make it more comfortable for those that have a preference when it comes to that.

We had a great stay at Rachael's place! She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit, even providing extra towels upon request, which we really appreciated. While the neighborhood wasn’t the most ideal, Rachael’s home felt like a comfortable and safe retreat—it truly made all the difference. The space was clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks and bottled water, which made us feel right at home. Thanks again, Rachael, for being such a kind and accommodating host!

We had a wonderful stay - we're local but had family in town visiting for a 40th birthday - 5 adults and 2 children (6 and 7 years old) and had plenty of space. The place was very walkable to the beach, a park, coffee shop, restaurants, and stores. We had everything we needed there, and communication was beyond fantastic. We had one small hiccup during the end of our trip, but the host made it right and we greatly appreciated the quick response and solution. The outdoor space was our favorite. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, putting green, and pool. Lovely backyard. The beds were all very comfortable. Instructions were clearly laid out for check-in and check-out. Thank you so much for a great stay and I would definitely recommend this rental company and this house to anyone looking for a beach stay.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

Katie’s home is beautiful and spacious and very affordable. It suited our group of 9 ladies with plenty of space to move about, sleep and get ready before our cruise. We felt safe with the many outside security cameras and fenced in yard. It is a short drive to many restaurants and made easy work of getting to the port on time. Katie was very responsive and friendly in her communications. Will definitely look her up again for a future pre-cruise stop. .

The condo was clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable and as pictured. There was plenty of on site parking which was a huge positive for me. Nicholas was proactive in all communications and made sure I had what I needed. I will definitely choose this location again for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicki’s apartment in the St. Augustine area. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was great. Very clean and quiet building and helpful instructions for getting in. It worked well for us as we have family in the area. Would definitely stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Paty’s gorgeous 2/2 condo in Saint Augustine! My parents were visiting from overseas, and this place was absolutely perfect for them. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the condo was. The setting in the luxury golf community is peaceful and secure, with lovely views and a relaxing atmosphere—exactly what my parents needed. Paty was an exceptional host—communicative, thoughtful, and welcoming. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay stress-free and comfortable. My parents felt completely at home and were so happy with the experience that they’ve already asked me to book the same place for their next visit! Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

We loved staying here and can’t wait to return! The condo is beautiful, well equipped and extremely clean. You feel right at home walking in. The furnishings are so pretty! Vanessa is a gem to work with, so kind and helpful, checking to see if we needed anything and quick to answer questions. It’s a quick walk on a lovely path to the beach. Vanessa provides so much for her guests including beach umbrellas and chairs and miscellaneous items you may have forgotten to bring. Get up early and see the sun rise!!! It’s amazing!!! Search for shark teeth and shells. Relax on the beach and just enjoy the time you’re there because it goes by quickly! Great places to eat nearby along with grocery stores and ice cream parlors.
