Nice area, a little out of the way with a fire pit by the river. It was very peaceful and not too much a drive from local attractions like the farm, cave point and sturgeon bay

The host really went above and beyond to have everything you could possibly need way out in the middle of the woods. all my friends loved this place and it was a memorable experience

Very beautiful cabin

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home nestled right in the middle of nature. It was the perfect escape—peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The house was spotless, tidy, and exactly like the photos… actually even more spacious in person! We had a group of 8 adults, and there was more than enough room for all of us to feel comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a serene getaway surrounded by nature, this place is a gem. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this trip. A wonderful welcome basket with wine and snacks was waiting for us upon arrival. We made full use of the fireplace to stay nice and warm during the cold, snowy weekend. Being right along the river was amazing and made for a beautiful view. We utilized the snow shoes to walk along the frozen river and creek which was extremely fun. This was the best cabin we’ve stayed in and we will be sure to recommend to anyone looking for a great place to spend the weekend.

This is an exceptional location to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Peaceful and serene, it had everything a nature lover needs - river front property, tons of space to explore outside, quiet, many outside options and close to town if in need of anything.

Great stay! Adam was extremely helpful and proactive in his communication throughout the entire process. The cabin was beautiful and had fine finishes throughout. Not sure if it was a new build, but felt new and luxurious even though we were out in rural Wisconsin. I highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. We grilled, kayaked, and hiked during our time and it was definitely worth the drive.

We loved our stay in this cabin! Very close to the lake and within walking distance to a great coffee shop. The cabin is so cute, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back for another stay!

Bryon and Nick were were great hosts. We enjoyed their homemade breakfasts each morning. We didn'trealize that we would also be served breakfast the morning of departure since we were still there at 9am. It was a nice suprise 😁. We appreciated that when we ran into a bad hornet/wasp problem at the cabin that they checked it out and went the extra mile to clean out the gutters and spray the nests. They also left homemade cookies on our enclosed front porch one day. The cookies were delicious!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin! The location is peaceful and private, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the lake right from the balcony. The inside is just as charming — clean, beautifully decorated with wood finishes, and super comfortable. We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the hot tub, after a day of hiking nearby. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend!!

Very nice, private get away. The location is peaceful and relaxing as well as the cabin being cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed walking around the property/pond, swinging on the bench and sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. Will be coming back in the future!

This is a beautiful chalet in an incredible location. wooded and private yet walkable to the main street in Sister Bay. Our group used the kitchen a lot. I noticed a prior review said no cutlery so I brought a full set and left it. I just closed 4 airbnbs in Milwaukee and had extra. Aside from that it's well equipped. Very comfortable beds, pillows, linens and towels. Bring your own paper towel roll. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is even more beautiful than expected, very peaceful surroundings. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of towels, linens, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of games and outdoor entertainment.

We loved this cabin! Very cozy, clean, and comfortable. We loved the bonfire pit. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance from downtown Sister Bay. We'd love to come back and rent this cabin again.

My boyfriend and I loved this place for a few different reasons. The size was perfect for us. We like to cook a lot of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location. It was a quick and easy drive to either Sister Bay or Egg Harbor. With all of the surrounding trees, it felt secluded even though it was near the road.

Loved the setting in amongst the trees and close to the lake. Seeing deer, woodpeckers and rabbits up close around the cabin and in the general area was very special. Extremely quiet location, but a quick 10 to 15 minutes drive to Sturgeon Bay shops. Played golf at the local club and went horse riding at Kurtz Corral a little north. Plenty of bugs about but found out they were lake flies and they are not a problem (i.e. don't bite).

We had a great time staying at the cabin. It is perfect for a lowkey getaway and the location can’t be beat. Hoping to come back again soon!

Cozy place with a lot of charm & neat amenities. Close to Marinette/Menominee & easy commute to amazing hiking. Would happily stay here again!

We loved every minute at the cottage. The only thing we would ask for is some kitchen towels. Also, my husband tightened the short rail up the stairs. That's all good, no complaints, really, just comments! We're thinking of booking it again for next fall! I would stay anyplace of Alison's.
