What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and being right on the water is beautiful. The dock has lights and looks especially enchanting at night. A very nice modern, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom with plenty of storage. Please keep in mind that all the bedrooms and places to sleep are upstairs, and there is no bathroom upstairs. If you have any mobility issues or if you’re half asleep to go use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will have to go down the spiral staircase to access the only bathroom, which is downstairs.

This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

Stayed for my partners birthday, the cabin and property were beautiful! It was super easy to find and enter, the Magic Castle staff were quick to provide information to make our stay comfortable. Charcoal and firewood for grill and fire pit were easily accessible and the hot tub was clean and so relaxing! They bring breakfast in the morning, the homemade donuts were amazing! We brought our dog and they had so many resources available including a lead for the yard. All and all we had a great time and will be returning!

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

I had an amazing stay at this property. One of the highlights was the sunsets. Every evening felt like a private show, with breathtaking views that made it hard to put the camera down. The space itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. You can tell the host put a lot of care into making sure guests feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable,convenient, and scenic getaway, this place checks all the boxes. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were in town for our son's graduation from Hobart and wanted a place on the lake to enjoy the waterviews and peace during a hectic weekend. Laura's place has great views of the water and is beautiful, cozy and comfortable inside. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks in the fridge when we arrived. The house has everything you need including a well-stocked kitchen and lots of extras in the bathrooms if you forget something. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate and it was a bit cold and windy, so we mostly enjoyed Seneca Lake from indoors! We did use the hottub and enjoyed that and she does provide hottub towels right by the back door so you don't have to worry about bringing extra with you. We'd love to try it again in better weather!!

From the time the booking was accepted, any questions were promptly answered by Steve. Instructions to the house were clear and concise. Both Steve and his wife were congenial and wanted to ensure our stay would be comfortable and that we had everything we needed. A continental breakfast was available each day so that we could eat breakfast and start the day without having to find a restaurant. From the living room, we watched squirrels, chipmunks, and birds. Their dog is friendly, too! It's definitely a place we would choose again when in the area. Quiet and clean!

Michele and Andy were friendly, helpful, hospitable hosts, and their farm is beautiful! We enjoyed a relaxing weekend surrounded by their horses, cows, fields and forests. The house itself has rustic, unpolished, handmade charm and is decorated very tastefully. The bed was comfortable, the wood stove was easy to use and helped us stay warm for our winter visit. Michele was accommodating of our arrival and departure times, going out of her way to try to help us adjust plans to match the weather. She was also very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and information about the area. We highly recommend staying here!

Catharine did a fantastic job setting us up with a wonderful home right on Seneca lake. She was verry attentive, and did her best to meet the requests or queries we had. Magnolia is a beautiful property and I would love to go back again. Very close to some local wineries which we indulged ourselves in, the town of Geneva is pretty cool too with some good restaraunts and friendly people. I loved this trip, it was just what we all needed before we start a busy summer season. Thanks again Catharine!

The house was extremely nice, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Great space for two couples with the two king beds and two full bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with glasses, dishes, and cooking equipment. Great location being just a mile from the center of town for shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Brian & Melissa’s home was very nice and accommodating. We were only there for the night but everything was perfect. I would definitely like to come back and stay again and spend more time exploring the area.

Hello The description listed was perfect and exact. The interior decor is warm and homey. Perfect getaway. Kitchen had everything (we cooked a lot). All utensils/cupboards are super clean and organized. Grill and all garden furniture were impeccable.

The house was in a beautiful location, right on the lake. It was also in a close proximity to wineries, a brewery, spa and restaurants. The house had all the listed amenities and Debbie left detailed instructions on use of them. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

A best-ever Airbnb experience for graduation weekend. Clearly this would be a suitable venue for a variety of event types. It might be the greatest reception barn of the world, we looked in though didn’t use or need it for our small group. It was a super choice for our overnight stay and hosting a few friends and family members of the graduates. All felt welcome as if at a private home and farm. The host was friendly and helpful.

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

Mike was a wonderful host. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the place. He was very kind and thoughtful. The place was just as described and met our needs perfectly. Definitely recommend

A great rustic getaway! It was great being between cayuga and seneca lakes - everything was a 20 min drive to see beautiful falls in every direction, great wineries/cideries (finger lakes cider house had amazing food to go with the cider), great restaurants (stonecat and elf in the oak) and Ithaca Farmer's Market (must see - so plan a Sat or Sun there). Sunsets were fabulous from the porch and over the fields and the hens were a joy to experience - so cute - and the gentle Q was so good with our cautious rescue pup. But the best part of the stay was Carey's hospitality - tending to every need and providing great suggestions of things to do/see tailored to our interests and giving us a true taste of the area - with local fresh eggs, fruit, wonderful baked bread, granola, cider, wine, cheese, baked goods and the best yogurt ever! We didn't even miss the tv (during football and world series even)!

This was our second stay here and it was even better than the first. They've added a restored Steinway baby grand piano to the house. If you play and haven't had the opportunity in a long time, or never, to play a baby grand, this would really put staying here over the top. I'm already looking forward to our next trip to the area and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

We had a fantastic stay at Deborah's property! The location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes, and the house was cozy and accommodating for our group of six, plus our dog. It was also infant-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hot tub and games were definite highlights, adding to the fun as we traveled from Canada to connect with family. Deborah's communication was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!
