Vacation rentals with a patio in Deschutes River Woods

Great place just outside of town, lots of things to do at the resort.

They were very accommodating and allowed flexible check in! Very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is no TV but I enjoyed unplugging and browsed some of the book available (lots of rock climbing books!) It was also very nice to have an air filter in the bedroom as that’s what I’m used to at home. Dedicated parking was nice as well. Overall a very chill and pleasant place.

Great place near Mt Bachelor. The house has everything to cook, but you'll need to bring essentials, like oil, etc.. Beds are great. Soft mattresses. The resort has 3 jacuzzis and pools as well as an ice drink so it's great for the evenings after ski. Will stay here again.

I’m so often hesitant to book an Airbnb because the photos don’t match the description or the host fails to mention the 7AM construction start next door, or or or…. Monica’s place gives Airbnb a good name. Exactly as described. Such a lovely space. Everything you need is there and there’s a terrific grocery store less than a mile away. Perfect for me and my teenager on a ski trip. We had two questions about the place that Monica answered immediately when we checked in. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. We’ll be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Janel’s place! The Sunriver area is always a great place to visit. Was very peaceful and close to local restaurants. Had all the amenities we needed to have a relaxing few days. Would stay here again!

One of my best Airbnb experiences. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Great location, short drive to nearby hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking. A wonderful place to come back to afterwards. Extra amenities are thoughtful and amazing. Very responsive host. It's exactly as pictured and even better in person. Well stocked kitchen & bath, comfortable bed, great deck and yes the snacks that everyone else mentions were so appreciated. We would definitely return.

We loved staying at Justin’s place! The location was incredible, right off the Deschutes river trail, which was wonderful for walking the dog in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook with, the apartment was as very clean, instructions were easy and Justin was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

Super friendly host, clean space, and overall great experience for our family of two adults and two small children. The indoor/outdoor toys were great entertainment for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a quick breakfast before heading out on our Bend adventures. Would recommend for families!

Stayed for the long weekend, had a great time! Beautiful home with plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas! Kids loved the bunk beds and waterpark passes that were included! Hot tub was nice for the colder days/nights!

We had a wonderful stay at this home—perfect for our family vacation with three of us and our dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location, close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of activities. We enjoyed the pool and watching movies on the large TV in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already hoping to return next year!

I loved this place. Quaint, quiet, and very peaceful. Close to recreation spots and town. Alisha was very communicative and helpful.

The house was wonderful! Spacious and well kept, only 10 minutes from downtown but in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s also right along the canal which we floated in one day. Dog friendly, easy check in & hosts were very responsive. We did have an issue with the house not being fully ready when we arrived, one bed was unmade and some sheets & towels were not washed. Bridget & Matt were very quick to respond and apologize and immediately offered to refund our cleaning fee. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Cody was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Very responsive. The home was perfect for us and the dogs loved the fenced back yard to run around freely in. Highly recommend.

Great location, perfect place to experience Sunriver & Bend. The studio is cute and clean! Checking in and out was also super easy. Love the binder with all the information and local recommendations for activities and dining.

We stayed over memorial day weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the location. It felt very centrally located. Condo is small but cozy. We appreciated the comfortable queen bed, well stocked k-cups for coffee in the morning, and the fantastic community pool/BBQ area. The pull-out couch was fine for my tall teenager but is definitely a one-person bed if they’re not a smaller child. Overall we were really happy with this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great condo!! Very clean and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. I loved that both rooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you would need to cook your own meals. You can easily walk to Sunriver Village or SHARC. Candace was great at communicating with me. She made sure we were comfortable and happy. I will definitely be booking this condo again!!

Awesome home with everything you would need in a great location overlooking Old Mill District and the mountains. Very quiet and peaceful even though you are walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Well appointed modern furnishing with high end vibe throughout the unit. We hope to return next time we are in Bend. Highly recommend!

The studio was perfect. I should have read the description more clearly we thought it had a kitchen so was assuming dishes and utensils would be provided. My fault for assuming/- not the owners.

Five Stars!! We enjoyed an amazing stay-every detail thought though in this beautiful home. It was the perfect place to come home to after skiing Bachelor and great place to base out of while we enjoyed Bend. We cooked most of our meals and this kitchen had everything! Bedrooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable! The view was such a treat and we just loved swimming in the pools, soaking in the hot tubs, relaxing in the sauna, as well as playing a fun game of mini golf. It was all such a great balance to skiing all day and had everything to feel like a relaxing and easy vacation while traveling with our 8 year old.

Between the sound of the river and the sun shining through the window, you’ll find yourself in absolute joy and peace staying here. Clean condo that matches the description. Nice, beautiful, and quick 15 minute riverfront walk to downtown Bend to enjoy the coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Very nice place with easy access to food and other necessities. Grace was very proactive and touched based to make sure we were getting along fine. Would definitely stay again.
