Vacation rentals with a patio in Dervio

We stayed with Jonathan for a total of 5 nights, the place was as shown on the pictures. The view was beautiful. Everything was clean and superbly equipped. The furnishings are of high quality and the beds are very comfortable. The swimming pool with sauna was a great change, our daughter enjoyed it very much. We were mostly alone in the swimming pool. Also the sauna use was not an issue. We say thank you and highly recommend Jonathan and his place

Exceptional is what describes this experience best. I‘d give 10 stars if I could. We have never had more caring, hospitable and committed hosts than Lucia, Roberto and Andrea. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The apartment was great as well. There‘s everything you could ask for and the view is breathtaking. Bellano is very pretty and it‘s easy to get to other places around the lake by ferry. If we come back to Lake Como, we‘d always choose „Il Nido di Eva“ again!

The place was lovely and in a beautiful location. Anna and Elisabetta was really quick in responding and friendly. The place is so calm - it was a really peaceful holiday. The place is next to a cafe, to the lake, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, laundrette, what more do you want? Going to miss waking up to this view!

Incredible view of Lake Como. If you're looking for a place to just relax with a glass of wine, this is it. The apartment fully met our expectations and matched the description. P.S. The car elevator is a unique experience I haven't encountered anywhere else.

Beautiful, new and clean apartment. Quiet environment with a view of the lake. There is a pretty, small balcony with lake view and a spacious seating area with sun loungers to relax. We received a helpful video instruction for the way to the house. Great, thank you! Ely is a super host. She is very concerned that her guests are comfortable. It is always available. If you have any questions, she helps quickly. Thank you so much for the beautiful hospitality. We will be happy to come back!!

Everything went great. The flat is well located, spacious, clean and matches the photos and description. The hosts were available and nice.

Natalia's place was excellent for our stay in Lugano. Great location and very good value for money. Will definitely stay again when travelling to Lugano.

This place was very beautiful. The place is much better than you would imagine from the pictures. You have the view of lake como from living room as well as both bedrooms. A perfect place for 4 persons. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The welcome Wine was quite thoughtful. The rear garden is quite beautiful. Loved the place. Would definitely love to come back.

Georgia’s place is a very nice place. The studio has a very beautiful panorama and it was very clean. Georgia is very nice and responsive. She also gave us some recommendations regarding places to eat and they were great. I totally recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy place that has very beautiful surroundings.

Large functional house with a beautiful garden in a very quiet environment. 5 minutes by car from the center of Porto Ceresio and about twenty by foot. Danilo is very responsive.

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

We had a great stay at this place. Sofia was super responsive whenever we needed her. She was able to advise us on places to see, where to eat etc and it helped us a lot. The space and landscape were accurate to the photos (beautiful mountainous setting). Everything was clean when we arrived, including the bed linen which was spotless. Great value value overall. The Clim was a real plus because it was very hot during our stay, it allowed us to keep a pleasantly cool accommodation! Go ahead, there's nothing to complain about!!

We had a lovely stay here for my boyfriend’s birthday! The views were absolutely breathtaking.. Kathi also went above and beyond with providing travel advice with really quick responses. We felt at home here, it’s just beautiful.

The place look like the picture and so spacious . The view is everything and the living room was amazing and cosy .. everything were there kitchen is complete and the bathroom stuff . The bed was little bit not comfortable but everything thing else was perfect .. we had a wonderful stay .. thanks to Annamaria ❤️

This is a wonderful apartment and to be honest it looks better in real life than in pictures. The space is perfect to spend time in and if that’s what you are looking in Como for then it’s a great option. The host friendly and cooperative and honest in the deal. Also looking for any support for the residents.

While staying in Ticino, I rented this apartment that I found at first sight very nice and very clean. The amenities were complete when it came to the kitchen and it allowed us to prepare good dishes. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the train station which is ideal for getting around without being motorized. I highly recommend this place.

My fiancé and I loved our time staying at Luca’s place. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. Luca went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I hope to stay in this gorgeous home again soon. The attention to lighting, restoration, and design were all impeccable! Luca and his wife have really made an impressive home to share. Fiona was a great and very responsive host. She provided us so much information on things to do and where to eat etc. which was great. Great place to stay, easy to access everything. Apartment is lovely and one of the best apartments we have stayed in through Air B&B. Fiona left us the ‘essentials’ in the apartment as well as a few extras which was such a nice touch. We would love to re-visit and will recommend to friends and family!

The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and conveniently located in the heart of the city. It offers excellent access to all the amenities and is situated right in the city center. The communication with the host was prompt and accurate, and they were incredibly cooperative throughout the booking process. The apartment was fully furnished with all the necessary accessories to start living immediately and cooking. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with all the essential items.
