Very clean and comfortable!! And it’s located in a quiet location. The hosts were also very communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Well kept clean old house and furnishings. Terrific unobstructed view of the Hudson from two of the bedrooms and living room facing East. I loved sitting by the bay window in the master bedroom with the sun shining in watching barges on the river and with views of the town of Hudson on the far side of the river. The owners stuff was in the closets and refrigerator and freezer full of her food but that did not bother me. I appreciate having condiments, salt, sugar and pepper available. There is a washer/dryer but no dishwasher and only one bathroom. Also no shades on the East facing window in the master bedroom so light streamed in at sunrise.

Julie’s place is great! We came with 4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 dog. There was plenty of room for everyone and all had fun! The kids especially loved their room, which came complete with toys, games, and beanbag chairs. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. There are 2 dining tables, which allowed us to have a puzzle going on one while we ate at the other. Easy walk to town, lots of outside space, super cozy and cute inside and out. Highly recommended and would totally stay here again!

Eileen has a beautiful spacious home for those who want to get away from hustle bustle and noise. Every room is neat and tidy and furnished beautifully. There are plenty of kitchenware to use if you’re dining in at the BnB during mealtimes. She also supplies tons of entertainment from movies/retro games/board games to entertain for hours on end! When it comes to sleep or naps every there are multiple comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for extra warmth and comfort! I can’t recommend her and her property enough for anyone staying in the Oneonta area!

Beautiful location on the lake. We enjoyed using the kayak, deck, grill, kitchen, and pool table. Excellent communication from Scott. Plenty of room for the whole family. Thank you!

Perfect house for family/friends to stay for Memorial Day Wknd wedding of our daughter. We had 10 adults-plenty room to spread out/relax/chat/get ready for events. 4 bathrooms meant everyone had access as needed (only 2 had showers/tubs-but we easily negotiated who bathed/showered/when). Large well-equipped kitchen w/plenty seating, so easy to prepare/eat brkfasts/snacks. Elec. fireplace in living room atmospheric at night. TV options allowed people/ catch up on their Netflix show. Plenty toys/games when nephews visited, plus house well-equipped for children actually staying (ours didn't). Lovely backyard with nice deck, playset & (unheated) pool, but it was raining off and on, so we didn't use much. Very comfortable Master suite. Nice Jacuzzi tub for soak, but jets weren't working. Neither of the twin beds were great for an older adult. Keypad easy to use to enter/leave house, but confusing to lock from inside. Thermostat confusing, too. Further written instructions will solve. Thx!

We had a great and easy stay for a quick upstate weekend! The house was clean, cute, and accommodated our family of 7. We unfortunately didn’t get to utilize the outdoors because of the weather. Would definitely recommend this house!

We will highly recommend John and Kelly’s place in Woodstock as a destination for a family getaway. The house has the best of both worlds - it offers exceptional privacy and amazing view along with convenient proximity to the Woodstock town center. The interior gives one a rustic country feel with a record player and huge record collection setting the mood. The house also boasts a great collection of DVDs. John and Kelly provided great sightseeing and food recommendations. The communication was always prompt and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Carl’s, the place was spotless, comfortable and very cozy. The hosts were proactive with communication making check in seamless. Awesome to have parking right near the entrance and the town was close enough to walk to weather permitting. We did hear some noise from the street and upstairs tenants which the hosts were forthcoming about, however it was not enough to deter us from staying again. Overall, fantastic place to spend the weekend!

Miryan’s place is the perfect location for exploring Beacon and the surrounding Hudson River Valley. From the front door, you can walk to all that Beacon has to offer including restaurants and shops, but also hiking trails. The apartment is very peaceful and quiet, but just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Main Street. The apartment itself surpassed our expectations —- especially the kitchen, which is stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal as well as a nice big table to gather round. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Easy access and enjoyed walking around town, on the heart of town easily accessible to the local restaurants. It was fun being back in the neighborhood and enjoyed exploring other towns like Kinderhook, Millbrook & Chatham. TJ gave us clear instructions ahead of time and had no issues at all, just wish we could have spent a little more time.

Laurie’s cozy apartment is a haven for my dog and I. Easy to get to, clear entry instructions, and very comfortable. Each time I come up to visit and need a place to stay, Laurie’s is it.

Really nice, airy, and comfortable space! Location was convenient with many nice places to eat and cool bars within walking distance and convenient driving to many areas within the hudson valley. Had a great time and would stay here again!

We had a great stay here as we explored nearby things (the Chuang Yen Monastery was delightful!) and visited some favorite spots. The weather was a little dreary when we were there, otherwise we would have made good use of the beautiful outdoor space. It was the perfect place for us to relax after our adventures every day—very quiet, very comfortable, clearly-written instructions for everything. We would be very happy to return!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

Pristine clean, cozy, one bedroom condo unit located in Windham with seasonal access to tennis courts and a pool. Walking distance to the beautiful Windham Path. Slept better than at home in the comfy bed. Went for two days of midweek remote work. Agnieszka, the host, was gracious and responsive. The host obviously put some genuine TLC into this place and it shows. Browsed for books at Briars & Brambles, an indie bookstore in Windham adjacent to Windham Pharmacy. Purchased groceries and firewood down the road at Hickory Hill Market . Ate in area at Higher Grounds and Windham Diner. Living room has a fireplace with large screen TV just above. Great for all seasons. Thanks Agnieszka!

Luiza was a wonderful host. She provided detailed check in and out instructions, as well as local recommendations for our stay. Her place was exactly as pictured and cleaned wonderfully for our arrival. We hope to be back for another ski trip!

I highly recommend Suzanne's place for anyone visiting Windham! She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and my stay. As someone who travels constantly for work, my schedule can be quite unpredictable, and Suzanne was unbelievably accommodating and flexible with my changing needs. I truly appreciated her understanding and willingness to work with me. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Windham, and the view of the ski resort from the back deck was an unexpected bonus! I only wish I could have stayed longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, not just for winter skiing, but also to explore the beautiful surroundings throughout the year.

The basement studio is super clean and well finished with a very comfortable bed. We stayed for a few days while visiting our cadet and the location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood, too.

Host was responsive, place was tidy and instructions to get in and out are very clear. Place had an adequate lot as well and is also very peaceful

Cozy apartment, walking distance from the water front. Had a great weekend getaway.
