King G. was a real gracious host if we ever go back to Florida I'll see you about staying with him again. I have made the mistake of saying there was just 1 guest when there was really 4 of us and it was not an issue at all. The house was spotless the beds were comfortable and the back porch overlooked a pretty Lake. Love to hear the sounds of Florida.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as pleasant as the first. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. The host continues to be incredibly welcoming and responsive, and everything was well organized from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the consistency and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It’s a comfortable place to stay, and we’d be happy to stay again in the future.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

It is a little older than I expected from the photos but well maintained. The pool was absolutely amazing. Nice location right in the beach. Loved having a kitchen area to make bagels in the morning and sandwiches

Stayed here for a month and a half, waiting for my permanent home to be ready. I stayed with my son and pets and we had an amazingggggg stay!!! The hosts are so responsive and on top of everything! It was a pleasure for the entire stay! I’m so grateful to have had them as hosts and looking forward to visiting again!

Josy's place was nice and cozy and perfect for a short getaway for my wife and I. Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy, and Keurig coffee maker(with pods!) was an added bonus. There was plenty of space to park at the home and the parking spot was even behind the home's gate for extra security. The location is perfect. If you're in Sanford, you want to be walkable to downtown and the lake, and this place offers exactly that. We will absolutely stay here the next time we visit Sanford.

This place is highly rated and deservedly so. The small but very comfortable place was perfect for a couple on a long weekend. Highlights include super easy walkability to downtown restaurants and wonderful/interesting interior design. The apartment is one section of a late 1800s home and is nicely updated. The owners are super nice. Overall, this is among the best bnbs we've stayed in. Like so many have said, highly recommended!

loved this place, quick walk to the beach and it felt super cozy. there was tons of little extras like beach chairs and a cooler that we could use for our beach day. was a wonderful stay! highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at both Philip’s condos multiple times. Great location right downtown. Close to many things in the area. Unit is well stocked with necessities as well as some thoughtful extras. Unit is fairly priced and we’ll continue using as a base for Merritt Island/Space/Springs adventures.

Stephen was an amazing host! He made sure to check in with us several times a day to ensure we were having a great stay! My wife and I really appreciated the attentiveness, especially that it was a holiday weekend. The condo was beautiful, it overlooks the pool and you see the ocean from the terrace. The pictures from the condo terrace are real. The condo was close enough and quiet enough that you can hear the sound of the waves crashing. I found myself in the early morning hours before anyone woke up, sipping coffee listening to the sound of the water. Walking to the beach or the pool is less than a minute away. You get the best of both worlds! The location of the condo from dining, or shopping for essentials is perfect. Everything literally all within 10 minute or less drive. My wife and I had such an amazing time. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, with a great location, and a fantastic host. Stop look no further and book your stay. You will not be disappointed!

Clean, pool and beach access were nice, and management on site of the location were helpful about the tiny parking situation we had.
