Mountain View Apartment

IrynaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

1st Class Rentals Munson Manor VIII - 1 Bdr. Apt.

DoreneRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Dave is amazing. At first our stay went a little sideways. There was a water leak when we woke up (completely out of Dave’s control) and he was very fast to respond. Within a couple of hours he moved us into another one of his unit’s and we couldn’t have been happier. We were there for our son’s baseball tournaments, the schedules are tight and the places to stay are minimal, so needless to say Dave saved us a lot of stress that morning. I would definitely recommend you stay at Dave’s places, he was awesome! Also, his co-manager was so nice and quick to respond to check out the problem right away! Thanks so much!

Catskills Hideaway - East

The brick house at Eagle Ridge Farm was a great home base for us to spend a long weekend in the Catskills. The place was well kept, with a comfy bed, and a great view out the windows. Scenic, but only a few minutes from Arkville and Margaretville, where there are great options for food and drink! We were also recommended great hikes by the host. Would happily stay again!

Sun-filled Victorian Apartment in the Catskills

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great spot to get out of the city for a few days. Perfect location for us as it was very close to friends we were visiting in the area. Walkable to a local coffee shop, cafe, deli/market, wine store, and gas station. The apt was very clean, bright, and had a wonderful historic charm to it. Very quiet, even for being on the main street. Highly recommend staying here for a central location to lots of lovely small towns, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, beautiful drives, and good local food. Jen and Caroline gave us great instructions and there was plenty of info in the apt when we got there on how to use the locks, lights, and whatnot.

Let me start by saying Bryan and his wife are absolutely WONDERFUL human beings! From the very start, Bryan was responsive and kind and so helpful! I had to switch my reservations to arrive a day early and leave a day early because I messed up on our cooperstown days and he switched it for me with no problem! The house was beautiful and clean! The neighborhood was adorable! When we had some spare time we walked into town and enjoyed the few shops, library, and yummy bagels! Upon check out we left to Boston and about two and a half hours into our drive to Boston I received a message from Bryan saying we left my sons jerseys at the house. I instantly started crying because we were going to be late to turn our rental car in if we turned around and so stressed because the jerseys are irreplaceable. Bryan was so kind and offered to ship them and provided and tracking number and paid for the cost! I cannot express my gratitude to him and his lovely wife! 1000% recommend staying here!

Eileen has a beautiful spacious home for those who want to get away from hustle bustle and noise. Every room is neat and tidy and furnished beautifully. There are plenty of kitchenware to use if you’re dining in at the BnB during mealtimes. She also supplies tons of entertainment from movies/retro games/board games to entertain for hours on end! When it comes to sleep or naps every there are multiple comfortable beds with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for extra warmth and comfort! I can’t recommend her and her property enough for anyone staying in the Oneonta area!

*Baseball*Badminton*Cornhole*3mi to CASV*1mi SUNY*

LauraRating, 5 stars10 months ago
I highly suggest this Airbnb. It was a perfect location if your team is playing at CASV. The house is close to the field, which makes it very convenient for going back and forth to the field all week. The location is also very close to the Walmart and Home Depot shopping center and other great food options in that area. Both hosts are very nice and helpful. Instructions and check in was very easy so I didn’t have any questions. But when I did send them a message, they responded right away. I will hopefully be back and would love to stay here again.

Lovely 3 bedroom home with patio

JakeRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We traveled to Cooperstown so my son could go to All Star Village to play baseball with his 12u baseball team. Prior to booking I reached out to Jori to make sure it was close. She was right that it was just about 8 minutes drive! We had checked in a couple days early, so everyone could relax before my son went off with his team. We found the local pool was open and had a fun time while it was lightly raining! Very close to the house, so that was a plus. The local restaurants were all very good and made the stay that much more fun. Jori replied very quickly during the stay.. and was very helpful. The kitchen worked nicely for the meals we prepared while we were there. Having a washer and dryer on site was a plus as well! We would definitely rent from Jori again if we're in the area! Thanks again Jori!
