Vacation rentals with a patio in DeKalb County

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was so cute and very close to main st. I would most definitely book again. She was a wonderful host.

Great place! All amenities and furnishings were top-notch, loved the record player and selection. Brad is an amazing host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

We were in town visiting family in Cookeville and Jon's location was perfect for the two of us. Truly like staying in an upscale resort suite with all of the amenities, and thoughtful extra touches like the coffee, sodas and snacks - without the mini-frig upcharge! The pictures do not do it justice. We did not have an opportunity to check out the local coffee shop and diner, but look forward to exploring next time. We will definitely stay here again. What a great place to stay! A beautiful spot right on the Caney Fork. Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island, and the new Scotts Gulf park were within easy driving distance. The space had everything we needed and more and the hostess Jeanne is the best!

Brad’s place is lovely. Very modern and clean with comfortable furniture and some nice touches. Super quiet. One of the nicest Airbnb’s at which I’ve stayed. Close to the downtown area and the university. Brad was easy to get in touch with. Would absolutely recommend.

The view is stunning, and the house is well-appointed with quality furnishings. The living couch is most comfortable, and it was helpful that we didn't have to bring a high chair and other toddler items. We enjoyed our stay.

Deanna's place was gorgeous and she was an excellent home - promptly responding to our booking request after an emergency situation at another Air BNB. The amenities in the home and nearby were exactly what we were looking for.

This is a great place to stay. Very cute cottage. Very Clean and private. Great location. Centrally located for seeing the falls and Nashville. Laurel was so helpful in whatever we asked. The response was instant in all situations. We'll definitely be back!!

Stayed here for a girls weekend. The house could not be any more perfect, everything you could think of they had. If you’re looking for somewhere off the beaten path, this is your place. Lots of hiking kayaking lake activities nearby. Unfortunately, our outdoor activities got canceled because of rain, but we enjoyed the house so much that it made up for it. Food recommendations-We ate at Fishlipz Marina one night for dinner. They had good live music. And about 30 minutes away we had lunch at the short mountain distillery. Definitely recommend both of those places. We were able to order in sushi from Uber eats one of the nights. There was a cute little antique store and ice cream shop right up the road that we loved. I could definitely see us bringing our kids back in and renting a boat on the lake. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place! Very clean. I would definitely consider staying again if we vacation in the same area. We appreciated having two common rooms for our extended family to stay together, nice bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in basement common room, and good # of bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit/rock and enjoy the peaceful winter days (when warm enough). Basement (2 bedrooms and baths + a common space) was cold but mostly taken care of by quality space heaters. We liked being able to walk to the small marina and through the campground loops. Extremely quiet area during our winter holiday visit. I imagine there is more action in the summer (lake) months. Thanks for a quality stay!

My family stayed here while our bathroom was being renovated. It was the perfect "mini getaway" during the renovations. Darren's place is exactly as described. Private. Beautiful. Quite. So relaxing. We will definitely be back!!

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We had a great few days at Sonya's condo. These condos have some of the best views on the entire lake, and her condo may have the best view in the complex. We love the location to the marina (1 mile), so it's quick and easy to get on the water. There was plenty of room in the place for our family, and the community pool was a nice benefit when we just wanted to relax and catch some sun! I would say the pictures were accurate (except the view in person is better), and Sonya was great to work with.

We needed a place to stay last minute due to traveling for work. We decided to get an Airbnb and take a break from old hotels. We were able to book late at night before the cutoff. Everything is beautiful and very cozy. And lots of beds for the work crew to have one to themselves! Definitely will Be booking again if we are in the area. Oh and super affordable!

Katie's place was awesome! Definitely home away from home- close enough to Nashville but also so much local to us in Murfreesboro. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back up that way. 10/10
