Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Davenport

Our stay was unique - we were selling our home. Had to clean it out of everything we were keeping so an estate sale (or leftovers!) could be set up! So we needed a place for 2 weeks! The house was cozy & comfortable. We’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked!! Beds were comfy. So glad to have washer & dryer!!

What a cute and cozy place that was spotless, adorably decorated and absolutely the perfect place! I rented this for my daughter’s low key bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more amazing. LeClaire, Iowa is a cute town with lots of shops, restaurants, breweries, bars and more all within walking distance. The house has two wraparound decks which overlook the main street where you can sit outside and watch people walk by while sipping on a cocktail and chatting. Kim was an amazing and sweet host. She was very helpful, great communication and quick to respond when I had a question. BOOK IT - you will not be disappointed! A nice place for my weekend stay. All the comforts of home in a convenient location. Parking in back was a nice feature as the street parking is tight. Everything clean and had a place. Decor was awesome and gaming a great option at night. Enjoyed the outdoor space and was fairly quiet considering how close the rental is to downtown area. Thank you Nick!

Really loved my stay at Alex's place. It was a multiday stop in the middle of my cross country move. I needed peace and rest and that's exactly what me and my doggo found! Beautiful space with everything I needed. Would highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of working with Eric to place long term travel staff. I can’t say enough about how welcoming and accommodating Eric is to these individuals. He’s easy to work with, responsive, and rates are affordable. As well as the quiet, safe, and comfy location the travelers have to stay in while they are in town on extended stays. We will definitely use this location again!

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Everything was as described and easy to get to. Not a ton of parking, but it was a great space for us.

A well-appointed Airbnb perfectly for 1-2 people. The kitchen and bathroom may be small, but they are supplied with all you need. It’s clear the host actually thought about guests’ comfort and needs. I had an unexpected family emergency during my visit and Nicole was very understanding and flexible about the situation as I had to extend my reservation with little notice. This eliminated one stressor during a really bad situation. One note: the Airbnb is directly across from a church. Parking on Sunday mornings is a little tricky.

A peaceful tidy neighborhood in a mature home, with a home away from home feel. Along with so many little details everywhere, that helped with convenience, like trashcans and nightstands on both sides of the bed, and the well thought of and very needed power strips everywhere, I LOVED the amount of space we had to put our things away in the bedroom, including the extra thoughtful shelves drawers and hangers. Two full length mirrors in addition to other very well placed mirrors were appreciated. The kitchen has just about everything needed. There was nothing we wished we had, that wasn’t there. The bed was comfy but we are used to a king size bed. So after the first night I spent the rest of the week on the very comfy couch, snug as a bug. We both slept GREAT and got as much rest as we desired, every night. Lynda is quick to answer and a very considerate, much appreciated host. We will always check availability here first when in Davenport visiting family and friends.🌸🍃

Wonderful place to stay and I would never hesitate to stay again if we find ourselves in the Quad City area again. Rosemary is a great host.

This place was great! Travelled from Arizona and stayed 5 nights! Everything was clean, host was very responsive so much better than booking a hotel room! Will stay again

The Lone Star Loft was WONDERFUL! This Airbnb is up there with the best I've ever stayed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Sheila was a phenomenal host. We will be back!!!
