A renovated 1890's two-story home overlooking the Mississippi. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms: one with 2 full size beds, the other a queen size bed. Additionally, the living room has a sleeper sofa, so easily sleeps 8. The kitchen offers everything for cooking a family meal and the dining room has a large table. The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.
