Large quartz island to gather round and a coffee/wine bar right around the corner add to the comfy feel to enjoy friends, family or a quiet get away. There's a traditional front porch and covered deck/porch out back as well. Alley parking and front street parking. Small town feel close to the Mississippi, but less than 10 minutes to downtown.

Note: Access requires steep stairs, so it may not suit guests with mobility concerns. Friendly owners live downstairs and are happy to assist. The place is close to St. Ambrose, Genesis West, Restaurants, 5 min from Palmer, Downtown and Mississippi Valley Fair grounds, 12 min from Augustana and 14 min from the Vibrant Arena.
