Kathleen’s home was a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were comfortable and modern, the home was very clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do in the area, the check in process was very simple and clear, as was the checkout process as well.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Johanne’s hospitality and her estate was absolutely stunning!!! Myself and my guest enjoyed everything about the place. Spacious rooms, the back porch was immaculate, the swimming pool was everything, and the rooms were like apartments in each space. I would definitely recommend renting Miss Johanne’s property for your Philly stay.

Really nice house. It easily accommodated our family and made our time in town for a wedding a breeze. The location is a nice combination of accessibility to Philly and the shore.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

So thankful for Elizabeth opening her home to everyone through airbnb. She is such a nice person. Her place has everything a family could need. I would highly recommend you stay at her place if in town.

The house was easy to find in a common navigation app. The house was clean and just as described. At the end of a cul de sac, it had privacy and car space. It has a separate and room that can be rented to a different guest so if you want the place to yourself make sure you rent that room as well. Carol is nice and responsive.

Fantastic home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close proximity to Philadelphia sports venues, museums and Center City. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and inviting. Evelyn is a wonderful host, we highly recommend her property!

Very nice place to stay. A second bathroom would have been great. Was a little tough with 4 adults and 2 children getting showers, etc. That would be only thing needed. Other than that great place with easy access and local shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Spent my 30th birthday weekend at Jeff's air BNB with a group of friends.. the home was clean and comfortably slept all my guests! As women travelling together the location was tucked away into a quiet alley that made us genuinely feel safe and secure. 10/10 will book again :)

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Karena’s place. It was exactly as listed and we especially loved the rooftop area. Karena was a great host and extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. I would recommend this listing to a friend or book again in the future.

Irina's place was lovely, quiet, and clean. New appliances. New refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Modern heating, A/C. Restaurants within .5 to 5 min walk. She responded within minutes. Would stay again!!

Great place to get ready for a concert, to enjoy a walk in the square.

10/10 spot. Very large space for the city, big bedrooms and it looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely responsive hosts that give plenty of recommendations. Would not hesitate to refer them to friends or family.

This is such a spacious house great for big groups. It was very clean, great space and plenty of bathrooms. Street parking was very easy and accessible. Easy checkin and check out! Would recommend and use again.

Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

We enjoyed staying at Bancroft Cottage. It was within walking distance to my mother in law and my sister in law lives in Trolley Square which was about a 3 minute drive. Loved being back in the area even if it was a short visit. The big highlight of the trip was going to Cassapulla's in Elsmere for an authentic Italian sub and cheesesteaks!

This house is comfortable and spacious. We really appreciate the host being flexible with our needs.

Overall, probably the best Air BnB we have stayed in for our specific needs. Clean, great layout, good location relative to my needs (work in Wilmington, family in Newark). Everything we needed to stay with baby, toddler and 3 adults. Only drawback is that it is on a busier road. Which is only problematic for us because we have a fast toddler who has no fear, and there is a little bit of noise.

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!

We enjoyed our visit and were very confortable in Anne's home. The location is perfect to enjoy the city and the recommendations for parking were very helpful. It was easy to connect with Anne during our stay as needed.
