This home was a pleasure to stay at. It's perfect for a family of four. It an older home, but recently renovated. The updates are well executed. It's quiet in the home, and very comfortable. Crazy convenient access to the huge Bass Pro Shop, which was a totally unplanned adventure for us.

Our stay was amazing and the house was so cozy. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard with mature trees. They have one of the most comfortable beds and couch! We will be back! Thank you.

This was our second time staying here, great experience both times! Already planning on booking it for our holiday visit. We have family in Springfield and it's a great space to have room for our pups to run. Backyard is safe, quite and huge. The house is comfy and clean. Neighborhood is safe and close to so many things. Love that Aldi's is right down the street.

Joe was incredibly responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The house was perfect for a weekend trip for 8 people. It was great having a boat right in the backyard! One thing to note is that it was hard to get Ubers in the area, so I would suggest driving yourself to the town. Had a great time here!

The house was exactly as listed and the slip worked perfectly for our boat. Beds were very comfortable and the house had all the amenities and then some. Grocery store is only 7min away and we were able to grill out on the deck. Watching the sunrise every morning was amazing! The dogs really enjoyed their walks in the quiet neighborhood. The dead end road on cedar point had little to no traffic. Everyone had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay again!! What a lovely spot on the lake!

We just returned from a fantastic spring break at Kathleen's residence in Margaritaville! The space was perfect for our family of five and our beagle! The residence itself is beautifully appointed, offering plenty of space for our family. The open layout provided a perfect setting for family bonding, while the cozy bedrooms ensured everyone had a restful night’s sleep. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. The location is ideal, offering beautiful views of the Lake of the Ozarks. We enjoyed lounging in the private hot tub and exploring nearby attractions. Kathleen was an outstanding host, always available to help and provide local tips. Overall, we had an amazing time and created unforgettable memories. We highly recommend Kathleen's residence and can't wait to return!

We stayed at this cottage for a few days and absolutely loved it. The stunning lake view brought a unique sense of calm, and the area itself was simply amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to everyone. Among the places I researched, this was one of the best. If I were to return, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Our host, Brian, was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Fortunately, we had no issues with the villa, and we are so grateful for everything. This home is an unexpected gem in the middle of the city. It is spacious, updated and well stocked. The pool was perfect. The setting is serene and the smell of flowers wafted through the air while we gathered in the expansive outdoor area. This is an amazing home for a family gathering. Denise was professional and accommodating and quick to respond. We loved our time at "the cottage "!

We had a great stay. Very large living space. Like huge!! Everything was super clean and a thoughtful host. Lots of a little things to make you stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is my third stay at Kurt's place and as usual it was a amazing. It is very clean and well kept up with only a minute drive to all of the stores and restaurants. The beds are cushy and sitting on the deck with the amazing view was so relaxing. I give a 10+ and would definitely recomend.

Perfect for our weekend wedding trip. Just the drive to the home was interesting. We passed a cart being pull by donkeys and several wild turkeys!! Would stay again!

Great place. Come down several times a year. First time staying here but not the last time. It was fairly new, clean, and spacious. The property offered plenty of space for six people. The necessities were stocked and available. Conveniently located to fishing, floating, and anything else one does in the Bennett Spring area. We would definitely recommend Amanda's place. We'll be back soon.

Our stay was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed staying in the cabin and we felt very comfortable. Everything worked as it should and was clean. All the kitchen equipment and utensils were provided to make preparing our meals easy. The only thing that the cabins are lacking is a dining table. I think the majority of people staying here probably eat while sitting on the couches instead of the breakfast counter with the stools. We will definitely try to come back again!

We didn’t get to stay there for much time. It was more of just a pitstop stay but it was still very clean very accommodating and very laid-back. We really appreciate it Amanda.

We had a wonderful weekend. We loved the big open kitchen and open living area where we could watch TV or play video games with everyone in one room. We made great use of the fire pit and really enjoyed being able to fish in the pond at any time. The pond was stocked with several species, bass, bluegill, channel catfish, and trout, as far as we could tell. They were still small, but hopefully we can come back and they will be bigger. It's located close to a lot of canoe rentals.

Our friends and family rented all 4 cabins on the compound. It worked perfectly for our big group. It’s close to a lot of the floating outfitters in Lebanon.

Tobiah was an excellent host. Quick to respond and helpful with questions. Tiny house was very clean and exactly as photos and description states. Perfect for what we needed! Had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend!!
