This guest house is on a 54 acre horse farm in the heart of Virginia's horse country. Conveniently located to the blue ridge mountains, multiple horse show facilities, and 6 fox hunting territories. The house is newly renovated with a large front porch, open kitchen and living space with two bedrooms and a loft for sleeping. This property can accommodate travelers with horses utilizing an oak fenced pasture with a run in shed. Stalls, a riding ring, jump field and trails are also accessible.

Weather permitting, enjoy a magical sky full of stars while relaxing in the hot tub with a fire in the fireplace! During the day you can catch breathtaking sunrises in front of the house and enjoy gorgeous sunset views from your own porch or the farm’s quaint gazebo.

Studio apartment with separate entry at historic Glenmore in scenic Brandy Station, VA. Beautiful farm location with newly renovated space featuring a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Bedroom/living area with queen bed and twin sofa bed. TV with dish and unlimited internet. Full bath with shower. We cannot accommodate children under the age of four because the space has an open wooden staircase that cannot be blocked off.
