Wonderful vacation in the 4 x 4 area of Carova Beach-saw lots of wild horses and it was so much fun to drive on the beach. It was very natural and we enjoyed it very much. Very restful and relaxing-it was a bit off season-sure it’s much more active between Memorial and Labor Day-there is only a two lane road into Corolla-so allow plenty of time on season

Bijan’s place was amazing! My husband and two small children were very comfortable here. The places offers all the comforts of home and all staff went above and beyond to ensure your stay was nothing short of great. Not only is there an indoor pool to splash and play in with the kiddos, it is directly across the street from the ocean and in close proximity to so many great restaurants. Definitely a must place stay I guarantee you will love it just as much as we did. We will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future!

Great views from the balcony. Access to everything, can walk. Great pizza shop directly across the street. Trolleys to take you places. My only shortfall is that it was a small kitchen (only two burners) with one large and small frying pan and pots, and we cooked a lot. But we made it work. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable condo! Just the right size for our small family. The location is amazing! Wonderful restaurants so close! Amazing sunrises each morning to sip coffee to! The beach and boardwalk are steps away!

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Her place offers a delightful and relaxing getaway experience. The resort's picturesque location by the ocean provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Steps from the beach and minutes from Grommet Island Park, a big hit with our grandson. Brooke’s prompt and professional responses made this impromptu stay uncomplicated and enjoyable

We stayed as a girls weekend and loved the location! We were right across the street from beach access and could see the ocean from the second floor living room. There was ample parking and we loved that the pool and hot tub were open so early in the season.

Location was perfect! Condo had everything you needed. Anthony was spot on with any requests or questions I had! Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

Wow! We had such a wonderful time at Mr. Roger’s place! The house was just beautiful and clean. The weather caused us not to be able to enjoy the pool and beach, but thats no fault of Mr. Roger! We will definitely book here again. Thanks again!

Great roomy home just a short walk to the bay. A big kitchen table for meals and family games. We loved this gem!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house! Walking into the home was like walking into your own home - stocked with everything you could possibly need, and then some. I love that we didn't have to pack all the bulky beach gear and bikes! They provided EVERYTHING you would want. All we needed were our clothes and personal items. The game cabinet was a huge hit as was the Wii which had all the best games! I'm always concerned renting homes that allow pets, but you would never know this was a pet home - there was no pet odor or stains, and the fenced front yard was very convenient. A short walk to a beautiful beach, and an access rode for easy bike riding made this the perfect location. Mary was an amazing host - responsive and very kind. Loved our stay so much we are hoping to return some day.

I absolutely loved my stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with everything I needed close by, including cafes, restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, and the space had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out really easy. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this place!

Came to stay for Memorial Day weekend in Norfolk/Virginia Beach with my girlfriend. Place was easy to find, clean, peaceful neighborhood. Felt at home here, and the card and basket of snacks on the counter was a nice, welcoming touch! Will definitely return if visiting Norfolk in the future!

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

Duane and Trish were amazing hosts! This was our first family vacation as a family of 4 and everything was absolutely perfect! Duane reached out several times to assure everything was set and we understood everything we needed to know for our stay! His recommendations were top notch and very informative. Loved the view off the back porch from the swing. The living room has a spectacular view as well. Brad is friendly and willing to help. Great experience wish we could have stayed longer.

Big, roomy house on a beautiful horse farm. We loved seeing the horses in the backyard and front yard while we were in the house. The host allowed our large group to come over to the barn to meet the horses and ponies. The house is in such a private spot but still close to the beach and all types of restaurants, stores, and entertainment. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, seating for eating. The hot water was fast and plentiful. We cooked a lot and there were TONS of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, small appliances, etc. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, sauna, foosball, pool table. It was a perfect spot for our extended family to gather for a long weekend.

The location was great. Two streets walk to the boardwalk and two streets over to Neptune Statue on 30th Street. Supermarket for groceries was across the street from condo. The washer and dryer and dishwasher made everything so easy to keep up with. Keyless entry is perfect. There are many fun things to do in the area that is either a short walk or short drive. Examples are iFly indoor skydiving, parasailing, kayaking with dolphins, riding bikes/skateboards, mini-golf, etc. We had a great time!

Jenna is a great host. Very responsive, personable throughout the process. Location is great. Right in the beach. Several restaurants are walkable. Beach here has a playground for the kids and a work out set up for those inclined. Pools and spa were great, especially on bad weather days.

Had a great time & Kevin was a great host. The airbnb was very clean and not sandy especially for being so close to the beach. Was in a perfect location, walking distance to the grocery store, boardwalk, & tons of restaurants. Just don't forget to bring linens or towels! I definitely look forward to visiting again.

I stayed at the apartment for a week for Supernova Ska Fest and a little bday getaway. I am so grateful for the time I spent at Shangri-La. Kathy surprised me with not only a birthday greeting, but also a delicious cake in the fridge! It was incredibly sweet and made my day. When a last minute friend joined, both Kenny and Kathy were nothing but accommodating. I really enjoyed our conversation and the apartment is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. I can't wait to be back. Truly a Hampton Gem.
