You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

Welcome to the Roth Haus - we are located on the N. Branch of The AuSable River in Lovells Township, Michigan. We boast a peaceful setting on 3 acres directly on the N. Branch. Just walk down the hill to the water and you will be Fly-fishing or Kayaking within minutes. We are near all major trailheads for Off-Road or Snowmobile fun. In addition, you can take a short walk to The Lovell's Tavern. If hiking is your bag, there are trails everywhere and we are 15 minutes to Hartwick Pines!

It was a great place to stay while we were in town for a wedding! Seems to be the perfect jumping off point for so many wonderful areas in northern Michigan! Sparkling clean and fresh, loved it!

this place met all our expectations, close to the slopes & into town. loved all the recommendations. the pool & hot tub access in the hotel was a nice touch- would come back here again.

I Really enjoyed our stay. Very Clean & nicely updated. My teen girls enjoyed skiing all day & playing board games at night. They have a Great selection of board games. They also enjoyed being able to just walk over to the coffee bar in the morning or over to the tube hill at night or just to walk over to Lakeview for some late night desserts. We were a little nervous the beds would be uncomfortable because we are not use to firm mattresses but we all slept comfortably with no issues. Thank you for a wonderful Stay.

Nice room. Small but enough room for all of our skiing equipment. No kitchen, if that’s something someone wants. Very nice area. Quiet. Comfortable and but bed, I liked that the tv swiveled so we could watch in bed. Had a great time. Rick was very quick to answer and help as needed.
