Monthly Rentals in Cookville

It was a great home to stay for the weekend. And close to Mt. pleasant Rodeo where we had a family event.

The tiny house was spotless and had so many options for the 3 of us (myself and my two grown children) to sleep. My son especially enjoyed the loft bedroom during a rain shower last night. The full size main bed did not have a top sheet, just a fitted sheet with a thin quilt. We did find blankets in an armoire so we were able to sleep comfortably. The first night, we arrived late and it was below freezing. The heat was turned off when we arrived. It would have been very nice if the heat and the porch light had been turned on when we arrived. There was no WiFi, but for the price we paid per night, it wouldn’t be fair to complain about that. Nice sized bathroom with a full shower. Small kitchen but had an oven/range, microwave, coffee pot and an apartment sized fridge, all of which was more than enough for us. Thank you Aiden for a very nice, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay. So peaceful! We want to live there!

Perfect for our quick trip. It was clean and well cared for, and she was a great host.
