The treehouse you always wanted as child but can enjoy as an adult. I started out next to three trees that had to be removed but you still may feel a treehouse sway if the wind blows the right way. We are a working farm raising beef cattle and offer horseback riding lessons, arena rides and trail rides along with kayaking down our local river in McMinnville. Our guests have the opportunity to experience farm life and assist us in gathering eggs, feeding the cows or helping with the horses.

First of all Shelia was there to let us in and show us around to make sure she answered all of our questions and knew where everything was. Shelia is so kind and her cabin was so beautiful and cozy. The surprise was having coffee in the morning at the end of the little trail in the back. My kids had a blast blazing a trail though the dry creek bed and s'mores by the fire. The cabin has a surprise around every corner. Wonderful place to vacation.

Great place for a low key family weekend getaway. We enjoyed hiking some of the trails in the area and spent plenty of time at the cabin too! We caught a few fish, made some s’mores in the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub. The blackstone was clean, there was plenty of firewood provided, and beds were comfy. The kids enjoyed having their own area in the loft to relax. It was exactly what we were going for!

Our stay at Red Moose was very relaxing and enjoyable. The cabin is very secluded and the scenery beautiful. I think we saw a small bobcat walking around our car one evening! The hot tub was the bomb! Loved it! The stairs up to the loft were steep for us "seniors", but we were warned beforehand. One of the main reasons for picking Red Moose was how close it is to our 50+ year friends in Smithville. We had lots of good time visiting with them. I'm sure we'll go back to Red Moose again!

Perfect for a quick little get away! Quiet and peaceful place to unplug and relax, especially in the hot tub. Blackstone, indoor gel fuel fireplace, fire pit, games, bathroom essentials and so much more provided. We will definitely be back!! Kassidy was a great host and very responsive with any questions/concerns.
