Vacation rentals with a patio in Coachella Valley

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

Alicia's apartment is very comfortable, cute, super well outfitted and quiet. Convenient parking under the carport at front door. Lovely grounds and views. Very easy check in with clear instruction; the host is very responsive and super friendly. Hope to be back!

Savita’s place was very relaxing. It was clean and peacefully located close to 2 pools. The host was very responsive & accommodating! We enjoyed our stay.

Hannah’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway — handsome and quiet gated community, many pools to choose from (though we stuck to the main pool at the clubhouse, where there was a surprisingly great little cafe window), comfortable bed, and a fridge large enough for wine and snacks. Hannah was also very responsive when we accidentally left something behind and needed to retrieve it. Looking forward to returning!

Great perk having access to two pools that were kept clean! The apartment was private and quiet. Enjoyed the location being close to downtown without all the traffic.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! Kerry & Thomas’ place was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and so well decorated with a unique style and amenities. The outdoor tub/shower and patio really elevated the experience, and we got so much use out of the grill and fire pit. All of the amenities came with clear and helpful instructions and they provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. We were able to spend time in both Joshua Tree and Palm Springs since it’s conveniently located between both. Would highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. Bed was very comfy and the yard is big and private. Great location too! We will be back again for sure.

Extremely responsive, flexible and kind. Place was perfect for 3 of us and a dog. Back patio area was great for a drink in the sun, and very private. House was clean, and rooms were very spacious. Overall great little spot and so close to all the local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable!

We originally stayed at Elizabeth’s beautiful other property (Kashmir) but wanted to extend our stay an extra day. Elizabeth very kindly arranged for us to book this spot for a night so we could stay in the area longer. Although we didn’t get to spend much time there (so much to do!), we loved the home. It was thoughtfully decorated, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. We absolutely adored the porch and the outdoor shower! Despite being in a little neighborhood, the place felt very private and the views were gorgeous. We also enjoyed the local Korean restaurant — highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again! The home is beautiful and in a convenient location. Our first choice would be Elizabeth’s other spot (Kashmir) because we loved the more secluded nature of it, but would be thrilled to be at either!

This place was great! Clean, quiet and secure, it provided a lovely home-away-from-home for my partner and friend for the weekend. We worked remotely in the living room and kitchen table, kept cool thanks to the cowboy pool and relaxed in the swinging chairs during the day. By night, we were out and about enjoying the best restaurants and bars that Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms had to offer (with both cities being roughly 15-20 min drive in opposite directions from JT). Further, location is excellent from a pedestrian perspective; it's a short four block walk to Joshua Tree's small shopping district where one could conveniently pick up lunch and/or basic necessities. Lucas and Jen were fantastic hosts. Communication was excellent and they were prompt to respond to any questions we had.

We had such a wonderful stay and cannot wait to come back! Prime location, walking distance to downtown. The beds were so comfy! The hosts were fantastic- thank you so much!

Brian, thank you for everything at Casa Parocela! We so enjoyed our stay there: the convenient location a definite plus. We were close to downtown PS and to PSP. The condo location gave a terrific view of the San Jacinto Mountains with palm trees and shrubbery which hosted a family of bunnies, plus a city walking path. We were in town, but felt like we were in the countryside from our balcony. It was quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful apartment! Quiet and nice area with great views. The hosts were very welcoming and the whole check in and check out was easy.

They were so pleasant to have hosts! Very kind and prompt when communicating. And they were very understanding when it came to me needing an extra 30 minutes to checkout. The place was extremely spacious and so cute! We LOVED the kitchen and bedroom, especially. Such a nice neighborhood with plenty to do around it. Definitely booking again!

Needed a place to stay for the weekend for 4 of us, golf weekend. I searched a lot of places and this condo was a great price but also fit what we needed. It had enough beds for all of us. It was exaclty what we were looking for. Most importantly out of all the places this was priced very fairly. It was worth it, and the rest of the group thought the same thing. Shannon was great to work with.

Our hosts are very friendly, helpful in every detail from instructions to recommendations. The area is very peaceful and safe, near shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

We were in town for a wedding and was so blessed finding this property!! We did NOT want to leave. The condo, location and pools were wonderful!! It’s sometimes the little things that mean the most!! The nightlights and suntan lotion just to name a few!! We would definitely stay here again!! And Tim’s check out procedure was so simple!! Absolutely loved his home!

My mom and I had such a wonderful stay in this Palm Springs home, it truly made our first visit & Mother’s Day weekend even more special. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and the A/C kept us cool all weekend, even with the desert heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and easy. I’d absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Palm Springs!
