Cheri was excellent in communicating and very attentive to our needs. The place has beautiful decor and felt like home. but better.

This was a gorgeous spot 30 mins from mountain biking, and with easy access to the highway. Would recommend to anyone staying in Fruita!

Perfect place to stay, so nice to have two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen and really nice table to work at in dining room. Really easy to get in, easy to park, etc. Agree with some others about road noise, but the reviews were helpful so I took a sound machine and turned it up and slept just fine, couldn't hear anything else. Location is really perfect to get to Colorado Mesa U and any events there, and there's a great coffee/beer place just down the road. This place is a gem, we'll be back for sure!

This was our second stay at Red Arches. We wouldn’t have booked again if we weren’t satisfied! We love the privacy and quiet neighborhood. The scenery is so beautiful also. The coffee pods and creamers were greatly appreciated too, as we traveled to GJ via train and couldn’t bring much with us. Thank you, Charles , for answering our questions about the TV so promptly. When we visit our daughter again we’ll be back to Red Arches!

The idyllic setting and beautiful accommodations of this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the special touches throughout the living spaces made our out of town guests feel right at home. The hospitality shown to us by the host was exceptional, making the stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and look forward to utilizing it again in the future!

Amber’s home exceeded expectations. From the decor, the amenities, location - so much attention to detail. The presentation and display of things as simple as washing detergent, dryer sheets, and stain remover made my stay very comfortable. Will come again!

We stayed at Chelsey’s place for a month while helping with a new granddaughter! Love the location, close to Fruita and Palisade for hiking and restaurants! Love the fall weather, sunny days, chilly evenings. Chelsey’s place is very warm, spotlessly clean, with comfy beds! All the amenities that you need! I would highly recommend this cute, comfortable home and hope to stay there again!

The host was super nice and easy to communicated with. The place was wonderful and had great a/c to combat junctions heat. Check out was nice and easy except i didn’t want to leave.

Loved our stay here. Easy to walk to Main Street to grab coffee in the morning. Reed park one block away has a great playground and skatepark! Having the garage is such a plus to save time when it snows and don’t have to scrape off the car. The house is homey and a great place to stay.

This might have been my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The bike theme was awesome for our group and the place is unbelievable if you in town to ride bikes. The place was as stocked with everything you would ever need. The place was exactly as described and even better. Jennifer was a an amazing host and responded quickly. She went above and beyond in our stay.

This is a great little place with a shed for bike storage. It’s down the street from two bike shops, restaurants, and 2 local coffee shops. You can literally walk there in 60-90 seconds. The place was nicely remodeled and feels more spacious than the photos feel. The kitchen has a lot of what you need to cook healthy meals and make smoothies. Some little things I liked were dimmer lighting, decorative light tree, heat fan in the bathroom, love seat to kickback on to read or to watch some TV. It’s mostly a quiet location. Someone mentioned a train - while this is true, it’s not horribly disruptive, and I like quiet. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. You can ride and walk from the door to the multi-purpose path to ride out to Kokopelli and to Grand Junction. And you have great hosts who are kind, helpful, and responsive, which are important characteristics IMO. I’ll be returning.

This little house was perfect for our weekend getaway for me and my husband. Clean, cute, and had everything we needed for our time here. The place was just as shown and they were responsive hosts. The garage was especially helpful for easy in and out with our bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is fantastic. We had our small Thanksgiving dinner here. The amenities were a hit. Finding a pool, hot tub and laundry area is difficult in Grand Junction but this place met all our needs and expectations. The location was key and it delivered. Excellent, caring hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Their communication was above par. I've had good and bad experiences with Air B&B but by far this was one of the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Happy Holidays to everyone who reads this and safe travels. This is a great place to spend them and we will be back at least for another two bookings as my daughter is getting married in 2025. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

We would give the condo 10 stars. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t cook but everything you would need to cook. Extra bonus washer and dryer was great I don’t have to worry about it when we get home.

This was such a nice airbnb. I have been to grand junction many times in the past year and this has been my favorite airbnb i’ve found. The host was so helpful and accommodating. Super cute place!

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

We were so cozy in Isabel’s comfy condo! Super clean, nice and quiet. Instructions were direct so we felt right at home. Peaceful neighborhood and so close to all of the activities! Will definitely stay with Isabel again next time we visit Grand Junction :)

We absolutely loved it!!! Comfortable beds, cutie decorated, quiet area, spacious, had everything we needed (kitchen things, laundry stuff, games, books, TVs, etc.). Awesome outdoor area, nice covered parking, convenient location, literally just PERFECT! We will definitely be staying here again!

Deann’s place was perfect for us! It is right across the street from CMU where my son is going to college, so it couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We also visited the Colorado national monument which was only 15 minutes away. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!
