Loved this cute little house! Super easy access to all of the downtown shops and restaurants. We were on a mountain bike trip from Denver and this house is very close to both the 18 Road trails as well as the Kokopelli Loops. A cold front had come thru so the nights were pretty chilly but we stayed warm with the gas fireplace as well as extra blankets in the rooms. Plenty of hot water for post-ride showers, nice-sized living room for doing yoga and chilling in front of the TV for some down time. Perfect size for 2 people. We will be back. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

This was the perfect stay for hosting family in Grand Junction over Thanksgiving. VERY spacious and a great space to spend time with family. Everyone had their own room AND bathroom which made for a smooth holiday! The neighborhood is great and walkable. Even in November we were able to make use of the walkable location! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

The Centennial House was perfect for our family of eight. We came together from across the country to enjoy an early Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was extremely well stocked and large enough for several cooks at once. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The location was wonderful for local hikes. Tamara was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

It is clearly evident that Mark and Robin have put a lot of thought and energy into their home. It’s also clear that they have responded very positively to feedback judging by the wide array of needs that are met with every little thing possible thought of and considered

Very clean!!! Dogs loved the big fenced back yard. Nice carport for my truck. Quiet. All appliances worked great. Heater is a bit noisy but it kept us warm.

This was a gorgeous spot 30 mins from mountain biking, and with easy access to the highway. Would recommend to anyone staying in Fruita!

It was cozy and homey just like staying at Grandma's cottage. Loved everything. Warm welcome. Very worth the price and great to just crash in Grand junction before an early morning flight. 10 out of 10 would recommend

This was our second stay at Red Arches. We wouldn’t have booked again if we weren’t satisfied! We love the privacy and quiet neighborhood. The scenery is so beautiful also. The coffee pods and creamers were greatly appreciated too, as we traveled to GJ via train and couldn’t bring much with us. Thank you, Charles , for answering our questions about the TV so promptly. When we visit our daughter again we’ll be back to Red Arches!

The idyllic setting and beautiful accommodations of this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the special touches throughout the living spaces made our out of town guests feel right at home. The hospitality shown to us by the host was exceptional, making the stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and look forward to utilizing it again in the future!

We would give the condo 10 stars. Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t cook but everything you would need to cook. Extra bonus washer and dryer was great I don’t have to worry about it when we get home.

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

We were so cozy in Isabel’s comfy condo! Super clean, nice and quiet. Instructions were direct so we felt right at home. Peaceful neighborhood and so close to all of the activities! Will definitely stay with Isabel again next time we visit Grand Junction :)

We absolutely loved it!!! Comfortable beds, cutie decorated, quiet area, spacious, had everything we needed (kitchen things, laundry stuff, games, books, TVs, etc.). Awesome outdoor area, nice covered parking, convenient location, literally just PERFECT! We will definitely be staying here again!

I booked 4 nights here while working a short travel nurse contract at St Mary’s. I needed a dark, quiet space to sleep during the daytime. I booked very last minute, so I didn’t ask the hosts if this place would be the best fit for night shift nurses, prior to booking. I wouldn’t recommend this place to night shifters because there is noisy daytime construction happening across the street and the bedroom curtains don’t adequately black out the sunlight that naturally shines into the bedroom during the day. I gave a 5 star review because the place is as advertised and perfect for guests who sleep during normal hours. The place is very clean, and I was impressed by the abundance of cookware in the kitchen, and the hosts put together a very thoughtful, detailed virtual instruction manual to help their guests easily find the spot. The neighborhood is safe and secure with a designated parking space, coin laundry, and enough towels for 2 people to use for pool and for baths/showers.

We loved the location, easy to get to everything you needed. We loved all of the furnishings! You were very responsive to our questions. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
