Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable, nice linens, nice towels, all the essentials were available. We felt comfortable and safe at this location.

This was a gorgeous spot 30 mins from mountain biking, and with easy access to the highway. Would recommend to anyone staying in Fruita!

Nicely kept, roomy place. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of drawer and closet space and very comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the living and dining rooms as well. The other two units were very quiet, they did not disturb us at all.

I love this place. I've stayed at the Tip Top and Slice of Mexico and both are great. It's perfect for when I come to town for work. I have the codes to get into the doors and other than that, it's like being home away from home.

Quiet and cozy apartment in a well maintained neighborhood. The garage was an added bonus. Numerous major stores and restaurants were a few minutes away by vehicle. Overall, the location and the apartment was just what we were hoping for.

The idyllic setting and beautiful accommodations of this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the special touches throughout the living spaces made our out of town guests feel right at home. The hospitality shown to us by the host was exceptional, making the stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and look forward to utilizing it again in the future!

Perfect getaway for 2 in a central Location. Had everything we needed for our bike focused vacation. Near delicious restaurants but also everything we needed to cook meals in. Comfortable sleep space and lounge space. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect stay for hosting family in Grand Junction over Thanksgiving. VERY spacious and a great space to spend time with family. Everyone had their own room AND bathroom which made for a smooth holiday! The neighborhood is great and walkable. Even in November we were able to make use of the walkable location! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

This might have been my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The bike theme was awesome for our group and the place is unbelievable if you in town to ride bikes. The place was as stocked with everything you would ever need. The place was exactly as described and even better. Jennifer was a an amazing host and responded quickly. She went above and beyond in our stay.

The place was perfect for us we enjoy it was Lose to everything we where there for a wedding and the church was minutes away from the church I will recommend this house to any one that is going to grand junction

We had a great time with my oldest son and nephews and had some unforgettable family time in a nice house. Jeffrey went out of his way to make sure we had a grill to use, we would stay again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Serena's beautiful home while in the Grand Junction area for business. It was spacious and clean with wonderful amenities. Our family of 5 adults appreciated the space to spread out and work , cook healthy meals, and get great sleep. We hope to stay again when in the area.

Thanks for hosting us over Thanksgiving! The kitchen was so well equipped for doing a lot of cooking and roasting and while we ate at a friend’s house, we appreciated the many baking and roasting pans that kept up with our needs. The bathrooms have everything that guests will need and it feels like Carla has thought of everything that will help visitors feel at home. Keep in mind that there is only a half bath upstairs where all the bedrooms are. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The ukuleles and guitars were a nice piece of decoration and also very fun to play! Thanks for having us!

This place is fantastic. We had our small Thanksgiving dinner here. The amenities were a hit. Finding a pool, hot tub and laundry area is difficult in Grand Junction but this place met all our needs and expectations. The location was key and it delivered. Excellent, caring hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Their communication was above par. I've had good and bad experiences with Air B&B but by far this was one of the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Happy Holidays to everyone who reads this and safe travels. This is a great place to spend them and we will be back at least for another two bookings as my daughter is getting married in 2025. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

We were so cozy in Isabel’s comfy condo! Super clean, nice and quiet. Instructions were direct so we felt right at home. Peaceful neighborhood and so close to all of the activities! Will definitely stay with Isabel again next time we visit Grand Junction :)

We absolutely loved it!!! Comfortable beds, cutie decorated, quiet area, spacious, had everything we needed (kitchen things, laundry stuff, games, books, TVs, etc.). Awesome outdoor area, nice covered parking, convenient location, literally just PERFECT! We will definitely be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay— the condo is wonderful, and everything is top-notch. It’s a great place, and we appreciated the amenities and setup! Easy, self check in, plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Heated commode was a bonus! We were assessed a extra fee as I’d inadvertently reserved one not two guests. The hosts responded quickly & did their best to address it. The condo appears recently renovated, everything seemed new or pristine. This a a great place to stay if your travels bring you to the Grand Junction area. Thank you again for the lovely stay!
