Vacation rentals with a pool in Clarksville

the place was very peaceful and beautiful. Host has everything that I've needed during the stay. Bought a cake for my 11 year birthday and forgot to buy the candles, my surprised, there were some in the drawers. Thank you Nicole!

This is my second time staying at Sydney's place. She is extremely responsible. She went above and beyond regarding an issue she wasn't aware of and had corrected immediately. I stay in a lot of Airbnb's and she has thought of everything for a fun girl's trip! The location is about a 3/4 mile walk to Broadway, which in my opinion is perfect! There are many restaurants and bars in the Germantown area you can easily walk to. The Nashville Sounds stadium is a 2 block walk with a lot of restaurants and bars around. You won't be disappointed with a stay here!

Who ever idea it was it to put the heated pool in the garage with a TV and the lounge area was the best idea ever! Kitchen very spacious bathrooms in every room and was a plus, I would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with lots to do that included horseshoes and corn-hole. We had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy the pool as well as hot tub and outdoor fire in the evenings. We had visiting deer, turkeys, squirrels and many birds that came out to the feeders. The host provided great info about the surrounding area. We were 2 families coming together with 10 adults and had plenty of space for us all. Truly enjoyed our stay and would look into coming again.

This was the perfect place for our group of family and friends celebrating my daughter’s bachelorette party! Close to Broadway, but I wouldn’t say within walking distance. A short ride using an Uber or Fetii.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert's place which is on a large, private lot about 30 min from downtown Nashville. Love that all the rooms had en suite bathrooms which makes it nice with a house full of women all trying to get ready at the same time! Everything was exceptionally clean, the hot tub was really nice and we had lots of fun in the game room. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Nashville which is just what we were looking for. The hosts were always quick to respond and super courteous.

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in Nashville and was perfect for our bachelorette!! Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how great it was and it was the perfect way to show our Australian friends what Nashville is all about. Sean was SO responsive and hilarious, very understanding and flexible. The pool was amazing and we even opted to hang there instead of broadway! The place was SO clean and came with lots of sauces and anything we needed! If this place is available just do yourself a favor and book it!!

Our best words about residing at her Airbnb is the fact that it was Outstanding, Over the Top, Out of the Park !” My family and I enjoyed the effort Mrs. Latoya placed in making sure her guest enjoyed every inch of her property. Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

Todd’s place was great! Came into town early ahead of a conference and I found the riverside view to be great, location wasn’t too far from anything, and place was perfect for a solo traveler (or couple)! Thanks again for making my first time to Nashville awesome!

The owner is very responsive and nice. The place was extremely clean and we had no issues with checking in or out. Our stay was also booked very last minute and host was able to accommodate us without issues. Very happy with our stay!

Great condo, spacious with a bed for each sister!! Full size amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cute and inviting. Beautiful view of the rolling river. Perfect location. Can’t wait to go back. Easy check in/out.

We loved this condo on the river! It was perfect for my husband and I. Clean, great instructions and communication with the owner was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Ronald’s place was wonderful! It was at the quiet end of the complex, with a nice balcony view of the river. The pool was right there and looked awesome! The grill is also on the same end. Ronald had everything we needed and the place was very clean and comfortable! The place is walkable, but has a long drive to get to the road. Once construction is complete across the street, you should be able to hop right on the Greenway trail. (This us an easy way to get to downtown.) It is very close to the baseball stadium and right within Germantown. We loved it here and will be back when we return to Nashville!

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!
