Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

We absolutely loved staying at Margaret's lovely home. it was the perfect family getaway with plenty of space for us and our grown children. The kitchen is amazingly well-stocked. The jacuzzi was great, and she had extra towels for the pool/ jacuzzi as well. It was a peaceful neighborhood to walk around or go down to the beach area where there is a playground that had young families the day we went. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! House has everything you could possibly need- pool towels, ziplock bags, laundry detergent, etc. The hot tub was a bit finicky in terms of temperature but that could be user error! The pool was a beautiful 84 degrees and the beach is a block away. Would book again!

We had an amazing stay at Cathleen’s home in Edgewater, Maryland! Cathleen was the single most attentive and thoughtful host we've ever had on Airbnb. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. There were plenty of extra towels, and we loved the added bonus of having Hulu and Netflix preloaded on the TVs. Everything was perfect, and we can't recommend this place enough. Five stars all the way!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Marie’s place. She went above and beyond in providing everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Her attention to detail and her responsiveness was refreshing. We’ll be back in the warmer months so we can enjoy the pool!

Less than .5 miles from sand . The kids loved staying at the house versus a hotel ! Was the perfect spot to relax and go on the deck to hear the water . Would definitely go back for another vacation.

The location on the Potomac River is stunningly beautiful and relaxing. Craig was super responsive and helpful. The large lot next to the house is special. We had so much room for activities and spent all of our time outside next to the river. It was like having our own personal park on the water. The dock is also a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty.

Everything about this house is high end – from the exquisite tile to the beautifully installed wood at every turn (pun intended), to the shower areas (the master shower is like another room, large with multiple showerheads, pointing out wards)and toilets The pool table and spacious family room was enjoyed very much with the walk out to the lovely Adirondack chairs And water view The linens were soft and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of paper products and soaps. The kitchen is fully stocked and the long dining room table accommodated our family of six and baby. A portacrib was provided as well as stair gates and a clip on feeding chair. There is nothing better than a wraparound porch with lovely high top teak tables and chairs – also saw the teak bar, though we did not get a chance to use it. We live only an hour away, but it was a fabulous home away from home respite from the routine. The decor was so very tasteful with the nautical theme. Cannot wait to return Thanks!

this was our second time visiting after 2 years it looked fresh and clean and beautiful as our first stay the house is beautifully appointed with furnishings and all the comforts of home right down to drink shaker and hand mixer needed for me to make goodies to take to my families home nearby they also filled fridge with all sorts of goodies like eggs butter bagels juice pancake mix and strawberries just all sorts of things it really made us feel just like home can’t wait to go back again next year

Our stay was great. The house is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and so relaxing. Loved that three bedrooms each had a bathroom. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

What an amazing home! Bob was a great host. All of the rooms were very clean and there’s everything you will need at hand. Super comfortable beds. The views of the river are incredible with so many places to relax from the living areas to the outdoor deck on the second floor. The screened in porch was so comfortable. Fishing from the dock was a joy and just a great place to hang out and enjoy the water with our family. My son caught his first fish off the dock! The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Again, theres everything you need to prepare meals. Loved the huge kitchen island! Don’t forget to just stand and enjoy the view of the dock and river from the kitchen window. The downstairs den and bar area was just perfect for relaxing and watching tv. The house is on a cul de sac with only a few homes…very peaceful. We loved this place and plan on coming back again for our next trip! Thank you Bob for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Beautiful views, beautiful weather, plenty of beds and space for all the guests, close to some great seafood restaurants. A great secluded place which allowed us to let loose after a stressful year (we are teachers). I would recommend this place to anyone looking to decompress.

My absolute favorite airbnb ever ! This was the 3rd time I've stayed here, and if I could afford it, I'd go monthly. The location is perfect, right on the water, small private beach, lots of privacy and soooo incredibly relaxing. The house is very well laid out, super clean and comfortable. Keri provides more than most hosts, from the kitchen and bathrooms, to beach gear, movies, books, games, and the kayaks ! I love love love this house and location so very much. It feels like "my" home away from home and I'll continue to go back as much as possible. THANK YOU again Keri, for another amazing getaway !

We had a small family group stay at the Beach House in North East for Thanksgiving, and it was perfect in every way for our group. Plenty of room, fantastic location and water views, easy beach access, very well-equipped kitchen, warm and cozy living room area, and great communication from Alexis. We hope to return again soon!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with our little ones. It was absolutely the perfect place for what we were planning! The private beach was PERfECT for young children! the kids loved being able to ride their scooters under the house. We got some fishing in, daughter was a spot master! The hammock was lost in a storm before we arrived, but our superhost made sure we could enjoy a hammock!! upon hearing that it was the top of the list of kids wish list, she took time out of her day and drove all the way and installed a new hammock for us!! Was even so considerate to offer to pick up any needed items. I believe more than the kids, my dog had the time of his life!! They even had doggy bowls ready!! We will definitely be back!! This place is awesome!! Thank you Dana for you gracious hospitality!!

This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

Absolutely CHARMING cottage. Details put into every aspect of the house and excellent use of space. Phenomenal location. You can tell the owners put lots of care and thought into this house.

We were able to check in earlier which was great tho some of us weren’t able to get there right away… we enjoyed our stay very peaceful and were wishing we could have one more day! 😊 we were going to grill burgers but couldn’t find grill utensils so just did our best inside and still turned out great!!! Thank you for your house and allowing us to stay there!
