My husband and I visited for our honeymoon and we had such an amazing stay! Erin was so informative, responsive, and she went way above and beyond to make us feel special! The location was beautiful and it was just far enough outside the hustle and bustle of Salem to get away from the October crowd. Would absolutely recommend a stay here! 💕

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

This place was perfect for a quiet, safe and suburban experience. The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed cooking and warming up meals there. Plenty of clean, fluffy linen available, and the ability to wash and dry our clothes was a major plus. The bed mattress in the main bedroom was slightly on the soft side, but that is a matter of preference. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wedding at the Barker House in Scituate for my niece. We booked Melissa’s beautiful home a year ago. Since that date Melissa has been nothing than a perfect host answering all my questions upon arrival. Her house was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with any and everything you would need. She even had a welcome bottle of wine and snacks to start our weekend. The location of this house was even better than described, we loved starting our morning with coffee and a walk on the beach (which is literally across the street) with amazing sunrise. The neighbors around us were so friendly. All of our family and friends were jealous of the accommodations we had. We will definitely be back Thanks Melissa

Nathan’s home is beautiful and a convenient location to get into Harvard Square/Cambridge. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. There are a few cafes nearby and a grocery store but not much else in walking distance. We also had a few hiccups - the AC wasn’t working and we didn’t have enough towels (some were left in the washer), but those did not hinder our great visit!

Roger's place was outstanding and he was an exceptional host. We couldn't have asked for a cleaner more cozy place. During the trip my father hurt his leg and when I reached out to Roger on where I could get a wheelchair, he appeared with one the next morning. Often these reviews are about the place, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the quality of Roger the person!

Perfect! We were in town for a family wedding and this home supported all of our activities. The inside of the home is beautiful, but the outside landscaping is equally beautiful! Morning coffee on the deck was so relaxing. There was nothing lacking. The host was very gracious.

Excellent place, excellent location, easy check-in and great communication. Loved the house and the space and how easy it was to get around the city. Would love to come back.

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

My family and I had a great stay at Terrys place. The house was very spacious for the 7 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The bedrooms were beautiful and just like the photos. The house was close to the T to easily travel around Boston. A Dedicated parking spot was also available which was very helpful. It was a wonderful weekend!

Very clean, and well-kept apartment! The building itself is great as well. Quiet, organized, and more. Surrounding area has good options for food, shopping, etc.

We just spent two nights in Ann-Marie and George's place, and everything was perfect. They're super communicative (instant reply to the one question we had) and the thought and care they put into hosting is evident. The house is immaculate, spacious, quiet, and stocked with all the comforts of home from welcome snacks to laundry detergent to a phone charging station to well-labeled storage (cutlery, etc) and thoughtful organizational additions like wall hooks (so convenient for towels, laundry, coats) and lots of drawer space in each bedroom. The living room is inviting so much that we never left the couch on Saturday night. Large, modern kitchen and bathroom. Easy walk to the T and easily drivable in and out of Boston. Parking spot is super convenient. Can't complain about a thing!

This house is a gem! It's not your typical corporate housing – every object in the house feels thoughtfully chosen, adding a personal and cozy touch. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and we slept really well! The host was incredibly responsive, making communication a breeze. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Central Square, shops, restaurants, and the red line T stop. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We really liked Dave and Mandy’s Airbnb. We were doing home renovation and needed something nearby for our family and little dog. It was a nice home away from home for us. Very comfortable and peaceful. Plus i could walk to the orange line to get to work.

This location was very convenient for our needs as we had a gathering at a friends in the town. Additionally , it is very convenient to train service which could get you to Salem or Boston easily or other areas as well. My daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter were also with us as guests here and Molly was very attentive to what my granddaughter may need; baby items, etc. Very helpful and sweet. We would definately consider staying here again when we are in the area.

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

This is my third stay at Anna & Samuel! The house is always very clean, warm and comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and inviting. Anna is always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. She is a sweetheart and takes pleasure and pride in hosting.

We loved staying at Gary's beautiful home. We were a gathering of extended family, and we were looking mostly for a place where we could all gather together - our group of 16 and 1 to 3 dogs, depending on the day. The great room that included kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas was spectacular - allowing us to cook together, play games, catch up. Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was very spacious with multiple work areas and a massive refrigerator and freezer. There was central living area with two L-shaped couches that allowed all of us to sit together. While table had six dining chairs, between folding chairs (very comfortable), and counter stools that worked well, we managed to get 14 people around the table. The private, wooded views from the living room were also spectacular. Lovely light coming into the house. Bedrooms were simple and plentiful. Gary and his wife were very responsive to the few questions and needs we had. Highly recommend.

Visiting Anna and Samuel's home allowed for an immediate positive impression of Boston/MA. We felt lucky to be in such an enchanting house and room. More importantly, Anna was extremely kind and helpful. She was always present to guide us and all of her efforts for us (and other guests) felt genuinely friendly - I'd never seen anything like it, but she truly brought guests together and created a cozy environment for all of us. Very unexpectedly nice... I'd love for us to return next year! I recommend this place to any visitors of Boston/MA.

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!
