House vacation rentals in Chattanooga Valley

We had 7 adults and 2 kids on our 5 day stay. There was plenty of room for all of us and a lot to do. Diane was very kind and responded quickly.

Our home away from home! Our third stay in Amy’s fantastic house! Everything is so well kept, has everything you need including an amazing, heated pool, and is in a fantastic, gorgeous location very close to town, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets. We look forward to coming back to our TN abode our next time in Chattanooga! Thank you, Amy!

Our crew hit a minor snag with accessing the property with a large boat. Shane was incredibly accommodating and a problem solver. The issue was addressed and all was well. I cannot say enough great things about this property and the amazing host! My crew loved the home. No worries here! We would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved this place. It was even better than the pictures. The decor was amazing and fun. I loved all of the fun paintings and artwork throughout the house. It was spacious, with plenty of room for all 6 of us. The 3rd-floor patio was super cool. We loved the proximity to the riverwalk and we took advantage of that and rented bikes and rode several miles one day. It was a short drive to the Convention Center and downtown as well as really close to Lookout Mountain and other restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to others. Jenna was very responsive and helpful, though we had no issues during our stay. Worth the money!

We loved our stay here. Great for a large group! We loved the views of the mountainscapes and sunsets. The hot tub and fire pit table were a hit. While the surrounding neighborhood may not have been traditionally "touristy," we didn't encounter any issues during our stay and felt safe. We had an issue with gate and, even once we fixed it, Jeremy still stopped by to ensure it was working. He and Brittney were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again!

Marco, was an amazing host and it was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back again as our daughter begins UT Chatt. for college! Love this place!

Everything was great! From the stay to Mike and Teresa themselves. They were so nice! Couldn’t have had better hosts!

We had 5 friends meeting up for a few days to hike, eat and laugh! Adams home was absolutely perfect for this! Absolutely beautiful views!! Great outdoor space!! Pool, hot tub, bonfire pit…..all amazing! Downtown very close, easy uber if you do not want to drive. Not difficult to get to many fantastic hiking spots! Restaurants and breweries close and wonderful! Adams responded quickly and above and beyond on a couple of minor concerns……wow!! This place is will not disappoint!

We had a last minute need for accommodations and, thankfully, Gary and Maxine’s place was available. We didn’t get to stay long in the area but we definitely plan to come back and we’ll be seeking their place as a definite return destination! Very hospitable and helpful hosts! Worth the trip!

Loved that our pup was welcome like part of the family!

This home was absolutely beautiful! I wish we could have stayed more than 2 days. We have been traveling for the past 6 years for dance competition and this if our favorite place we have stayed so far. Our girls were raving about how beautiful and comfortable it was to get ready here. The home is absolutely beautiful and clean. We will definitely look to stay here again if we have a competition in town in the future.

This home was such a great place for my family and I! There were places for us to congregate to play games and watch movies and sports as a family, but also enough space for us to have our own private time when needed. There was nothing we needed in this home that wasn't readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

Old charm, great stay! Easy to book, come and go from the home, and easy checkout. One thing to note is that none of the windows have curtains and some don’t even have blinds so be prepared to be up with sunrise! Game room in the basement was a great area to hangout with family. The house was in a quiet area and on a dead end road so very peaceful but still super close and easy to get to town! I would recommend and stay again!

Lisa and Tony’s place was great. Wonderful location. Everything was close by and the space was exactly as described. We will return and highly recommend.

This place is simple, minimalist, and clean. If you need a safe, quiet, and clean place to rest with space for everyone, then you won't be disappointed! If you are expecting high end decor, move along.. I've read the other reviews and did find it intriguing that there still wasn't enough silverware, but it was no biggie for us, we just bought plastic spoons. I'm sure if we would have messaged John at the time, he would have brought us some spoons. Other complaints from previous reviews have been addressed, there was plenty of cookware and dishes for eating. Lots of paper towels and TP . This place is as advertised, and worth the cost.

Although we only came for one night passing through, this place was the perfect fit! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that felt safe. It’s an older, charming home that felt very homey. We will definitely return when we come to visit Chattanooga again to take advantage of all the nearby food and sightseeing!

Location is perfect with young kids. The local park is within walking distance along with our favorite place to eat brunch at Southern Squeeze!

The view is incredibly stunning and the home has a warm old world charm to it with great history. The host was amazing and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Tammy is an amazing host, and the property was perfect! Great location, walkable and convenient to my son’s school. This home had a great layout for a family, and it was appointed perfectly for a getaway. Highly recommend any of her homes.

Staying somewhere clean and comfortable is so important to me and this place hit the mark. Spacious and well stocked. We even saw a deer out back in the morning. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accessing the inside was simple. Would stay again. Thank you.
