We had a great stay at Joe’s place! The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. Joe was an excellent host — responsive, friendly, and always ready to help if we had any questions. It’s clear he really cares about making his guests feel welcome. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place was just as described and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. However, the surrounding area felt quite sketchy — with several abandoned and vandalized buildings nearby. Being close to a police station means you’ll hear sirens frequently, both day and night. The neighbors were also quite loud at night with frequent parties, and there was a lot of smoke drifting onto the patio, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor space. That said, the unit itself was very nice, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. 5 stars for the apartment but 3 stars for the surroundings.

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice place with a lot of character. 15 minutes from the University of Richmond and a great place for graduation weekend.

What a perfect location! It’s the perfect place to stay when you want to immerse yourself in the charm of the city. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Such a pretty neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I came down for a wedding at the Fine Arts center and the house was perfect for us. In a great neighborhood, really cool old house in side with lots of personality and well decorated and clean. Our Host Mitch was kind enough to let us in early so we had time to get ready for the wedding. Highly recommend.

This place was the perfect location for an easy drive to our daughter's wedding venue at Historic Jasmine. The house was extremely roomy, had everything we needed for our family. Kitchen is stocked with whatever you need. Interior doors, cabinets, bathrooms, etc were clearly marked. Awesome parking area. We had a U-Haul trailer with us and the circle driveway worked out perfectly for easy coming and going. Very clean. Highly recommend this place.

This house is probably one of the most peaceful places I’ve stayed. A perfect place to ride bikes or even just driving the back road threw so much history.

CJ 's place is surrounded with beautiful trees. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house was clean. CJ was very responsive with any questions we had. We would rent the house again.

Our 1st farmhouse! Wonderful location near rte 5 walking trail, beautiful views of river and farms. I loved the bathroom designs, nice size rooms, well stocked kitchen. I loved the simple decor and side note -the lamps were adorable☺️ easy checkout. Rob gave us fresh eggs from the farm and Anna communicated well. looking forward to coming back soon! they also have a cute dog named Lila who we enjoyed visiting with☺️

Amazing experience! communication was amazing! I'm a firm believer that communication sets the tone for an experience. The resort is beautiful! the amenities were top tier. The biweekly poolside party was a hit with the family. We felt safe and very welcomed. Great experience!

Reagan's place is a great centrally located base of operations if you're visiting downtown Richmond. It's clean quiet and secure. Access to the building and parking are a little tricky but she's provided very detailed instructions that make it easy. Although our stay was brief, Reagan was a lovely host, a pleasure to meet, and very responsive. Highly recommended for RVA visits!

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

Gated compound with a lot of amenities to enjoy. Host is responsive and proactively reaching out to provide information.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

We really loved our time at Wyndham Kingsgate. The rooms have been recently updated and the amenities were great for kids. Super convenient location next to tons of restaurants and just a short drive to colonial Williamsburg or Busch gardens. Our girls slept on the pullout sofa bed which was comfortable as sofa beds go! Elizabeth was responsive and helpful! We look forward to staying here again.
