Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Excellent home, brilliant facilities. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. From this base we manage to visit Venice, the Dolomites & Lake como.

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We gratefully took advantage of the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

It is a very nice stay. The arrival is well arranged and the information you need is on time. The house itself is clean and well furnished. However, it is even better, plenty of space, and a nice pool. The view is super! I am too long to be in the shower inside, but the shower cabin at the sauna in the rear part of the complex is fine! The driveway is steep but no problem, the car is safe and dry. Serena is a good host, friendly and quick to respond. Her father lives on the upper floor, leaves early and comes back late. Incidentally, is a very cozy and friendly man with whom you can have a nice chat very well. All in all, a good address for a relaxing holidays. Highly recommend. Thanks again Serena and Henry

Our family of 8 had an amazing time staying at this place. The location was really good especially if you’re spending time in Bellagio and Como Town. The house felt very homey and the views were unreal. Would definetly recommend this place to stay if you’re coming to Lake Como and if you have a car to get around. The host was also very responsive. The outdoor terrace area is what made this place stand out in comparison to other locations, especially when there was good weather.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Andrea is a very friendly and flexible host and given that we just needed something within easy reach of the airport it was perfect. We enjoyed especially the table football game and basketball hoop in his back yard!

The house is located on the road, next to the lake, in the very small village. Road is not too busy and it very quite at night, btw it’s better to have a car to get around. Big and beautiful garden with amazing view over the lake. Very nice to chill there during the breakfast. Also beach is across the street. Luigi and family are very nice hosts, responsive, showed things around and provided good tips. House itself is spacious and have plenty of space to store clothes. Big bath and shower with good water pressure. Good kitchen with all necessary appliances. Everything is very clean. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi speed. Supermarket is 15-20 min drive and there are few cafes nearby. There is ferry stop 10 min walk, which run few times a day to Bellagio. Overall, nice base to explore lake Como or just to relax at the beach and enjoy nature. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the place. Everything is perfect, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom has everything you need and much more. The house is in a quiet environment, at the end of a cul-de-sac with room to park. The train station is a 10-minute walk and the line is direct to Milan, 30 minutes by train. Road access is close to Lake Como. We'll be happy to go back!

Walking distance to station, large supermarket, playground and the water. Nice garden and beautiful views nearby and from the upper floor. Parking is tight, but definitely doable. A neighbor complained about it, but Monica was very helpful with this. Extra nice: it was a vacation and very busy in surrounding villages, but this village is quite quiet and very beautiful!

Cristina's accommodation is very well located, everything is within walking distance (restaurant, shops, ferry). The parking space is a real plus. Cristina is a very welcoming host and the accommodation is equipped with all the essentials and is impeccably clean.

Excellent welcome while we arrived late at the apartment. We appreciated the kindness, the responsiveness of the owners and the caretaker. Very well equipped and clean. Jaccuzi and gym. 30 min public transport from the Dome of Milan.

Loredana’s place is absolutely lovely, a little gem tucked away in Nesso. It was clean and tidy upon arrival and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Loredana left plenty of helpful guides and instructions which were great to read! The Wifi was better than we’d expected based on previous reviews, we were able to send photos home to family which was nice. It’s not far from a bus stop for direct busses to Bellagio/Como, and there’s a lovely little shop around the corner which has all the essentials you could need. I’d highly recommend and we would certainly stay here again.

Silviu's property boasts a beautiful garden view and tranquil atmosphere, providing a peaceful retreat within walking distance of the lake. Evenings offer stunning landscapes and ample opportunities for recreation. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and accommodating. This place has a beautiful view and a beautiful balcony/ garden area. It was extremely peaceful and good for someone looking for a quiet trip to Como. Elisabetta and Sara were very responsive and kept good communication. We would stay again for a peaceful get away. Everything was clean and updated just as described. It was good value for the price paid. I will say it is hard to transfer to and from anywhere else unless you drive your own car. If you stay here I would HIGHLY recommend renting a car. There is one market in walking distance but was never open during its online hours- plan groceries and water accordingly. There is an OUTSTANDING restaurant within a 5 minute walk that we frequented it during the stay. Overall a good stay and we would come back again!
