Absolute breath taking view !!! We would %100 love to come back. Everything about this home is so beyond cozy it’s the perfect place to be surrounded in snow and climb into a hot tub !

This place was awesome and had a thoughtfully curated updated mid century vibe. We had plenty of space for us to enjoy and spread out and still feel cozy. The indoor hot tub was a unique feature! Darryl was a very responsive and courteous host. We appreciated how helpful he was in making sure our stay was to our satisfaction. Recommend this spot as it is nice and quiet yet super close to downtown North Conway!

We spent a lovely few days at this property enjoying the winter weather at its finest. The house is close to everything but still felt private and cozy. A great choice for families!

This property met all of our expectations and felt like home the moment we walked in the door!. Very helpful labels located throughout. Hot tub, grill, large TV in living room, game room & well equipped kitchen with Keurig were a few of the highlights. Easy drive to Attitash and Wildcat ski areas. Lots of dining options and shopping in nearby N. Conway including a Market Basket & WalMart. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We look forward to the time that we can return. 100% satisfied-Thank You!!!

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

My family booked this place because it was close to Gunstock. With plenty of room for the entire family and cozy living area, it had everything we needed. Mohammed was very attentive to any questions we had, and the place had everything we needed and more. The only recommendation I have is to clean more of the snow from the back deck. We had trouble accessing the grill.

Paula’s was the perfect spot for a weekend trip with a group of friends for my birthday! It had plenty of sleeping spots for us and was very comfortable, and we really loved the hot tub. They were such responsive and communicative hosts as well, and offered us a flexible late check-out. Thank you!

Bella Bear Cabin was the perfect fit for our girls weekend. The fireplace made the space very cozy through all the rainy weather we had. Everyone loved the large hot tub. Beds were comfortable. The location of the cabin felt private, no neighbors too close. The property is a 25 minute drive from the outlets and restaurants in North Conway. We especially loved the master suite with the large bathroom and private deck. I’d definitely rebook this spot for a family gathering.

Our family of 5 spent almost a week here and felt right at home. We loved that the yard was surrounded by woods and was a great place for our puppy and kids to play. We loved the fire pit, open floor plan so we could cook and watch our kiddos play. Nice location in-between North Conway and the Pinkham Notch / Crawford Notch where our favorite hikes were. Enjoyed being closer to the spots we wanted to explore and away from the chaos of town. Wish we could move right into this home - would LOVE to come back.

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home! it is just as described and the beds were sooo comfortable!

The house was as listed on website and even better. The space was clean and open and stocked with all the "could need" amenities. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 3 kids. The layout between top and bottom made a great separation for privacy and down time. The hot tub was perfect after playing in the snow. We had a small maintenance request and the responsiveness and friendly nature put this host on a next level. They are great hosts and the property + tree house were perfect. We would love to try the location during the warmer months. Thanks for everything!
