Cozy Cottage: A Memory Making Place by Cedar Point

Newly renovated home and GREAT for a family vacation to create some wonderful memories. Driveway, 47 feet long, is large enough for boat parking. The property is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a private beach used only by the neighborhood residents and guests . The park area features a picnic area, full basketball court, playground equipment, fishing, beautiful views of Lake Erie and it's just one small block away for your enjoyment. This is a large cozy downstairs duplex w a huge Living room area 55” tv, humongous couch!! Open concept to dining area w large marble table.
