Vacation rentals with beach access in Capo d'Arco

Had a great 2-week stay! Umberto was a very nice and friendly host. The apartment is very well equipped, which we have not always experienced in other vacation rentals. The highlight for us was the large balcony, where you could have a great meal or end the evening. You can only walk to the beach for a few minutes, we went there a few times. Otherwise, we often drove to other locations. Only small downside: There is no shop on site, the nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away. It wasn't bad for us, but if you don't like driving, then it may not be ideal. We had a great time and would definitely come back! Clear recommendation!

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

We were very warmly welcomed by Stefania and Luigi. We had a wonderful week. The apartment is very nicely furnished, the terrace is large and the view is a dream. Every evening we enjoyed the great sunset from the terrace or at the beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet, Nisportino is the place to be. The path to the beach can be described as "steep", but it was no problem for us. Small note: There is no supermarket, bakery or the like in Nisportino. No problem for us either: we have connected the purchases with our excursions.

Very good conditions. Close to marina and beaches. Provided parking, which is very important in resort towns. Beautiful neighborhood. Sensational housing conditions. Recommended.

Roberta's flat is clean, functional and quiet. We used only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and they were spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but I still slept well. Our host warned us of potential noise coming from the nearby hospital but we didn't hear a thing during our 3 nights there. Walking distance to a small city beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The old town is around 15 mins walking. The star of the show is really Roberta - very kind, thoughtful and responsive, very attentive and a lovely person to communicate with! Thank you so much, we hope to see you again if we ever come back to Elba :)

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. Above all, we enjoyed the peace and the view!

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

We had a fantastic stay for our multi-generational holiday on Elba! This home is perfect for you have smaller children-with three separate bunk bed rooms. The separate guest studio was a perfect private space for one couple. Amazing outdoor space for hanging out and dining!! The view is phenomenal

Thanks Federico. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful stay. The location is ingenious, with its own stairs directly to the beach. The house is well equipped. There is no air conditioning, but in the evening you can ventilate well and it is ok for sleeping. Left and right are campsites, which is why it is never quite quiet until midnight in season. There is also something going on on the beach until night. For this you have everything you need next door. At the beach there are also sup and canoe rentals and loungers. Capoliveri is 10 minutes away, so is Porto Azzuro and Portoferraio. Only finding the house was not so easy the first time, as the address provided leads to a cul-de-sac on the beach. But once you find it, it's clear. The house was beautiful, with large terrace and hammock. There was no cleaning needed in the end. Communication with Federico was quick and easy. Thank you for everything!

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

Federica and Lorenzo were wonderful! Very accurate and helpful. Their home is a gem on the sea with a lovely view. Access to the beach, the wonderful pine forest that runs along the house and the shops a stone's throw away without the need to take the car, make the vacation very comfortable and a healthy touch for the soul and body. The house is super functional. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

We felt right at home and we particularly liked the large terrace. It is comfortably furnished and very clean. We found the location absolutely top. Minimarket and nice restaurant nearby. The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Marcello's Cove House is centrally located for excursions. The information in advance was very extensive and valuable. We felt wonderfully cared for by the hosts. They were very accommodating and helpful. We are more than happy to recommend. It's been a great week, thank you so much Giovanni.

Martina’s place was picturesquely in the old town with lots of restaurants nearby. She was splendid host, picking us up from the ferry and giving us regular local weather updates so that we could visit the best beaches for a swim.

We can wholeheartedly recommend this place because we had a great time and felt at home. The hosts greeted us personally and were always available by mobile phone. Individual requests such as intermediate cleaning were addressed directly. The decor corresponds to the pictures. The furniture is new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen visually beautifully designed. We also loved the balcony, extra laundry room, smart TV, fast internet and AC/heater. Only suggestions for improvement: For longer stays, more tea towels, potholders, pads for the outdoor furniture and sofa pillows would be nice. Follonica is a cute resort town - great for long beach walks in October and to discover well-known nearby places like Volterra/Pisa. Unfortunately, Follonica itself seems a little extinct at that time, as some restaurants and bars are already completely closed. Thanks to Dario & Debora! :-)

Very nice apartment renovated and tastefully furnished. There are all the comforts to feel at home. Mauro is an exceptional host, very kind and above all very generous. He made us find cookies, cereals, coffee, salt, laundry and dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, toothpaste, foam bath, and shampoo as well as all the linens. Really convenient location of the appointment. Convenient to the beach, a 3-minute walk and a 10-minute walk to the village center. Parking available near the apartment for no fee. Really top !!!

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

Very clean and fresh, nice smell. Good kitchen appliances. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy check in and Daniele answered fast and was very helpful.

Apart from the rain that is not to blame, it was a nice stay, Matteo was always available in need and quick in our requests, he was flexible when I asked to postpone our exit, so everything was well done to be done for sure, thank you Matteo
