The host Chiara was very friendly, helpful and was quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really sparkling clean and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell’Elba was impressive. The private car park is extremely safe. The space is recommended. Thanks for the hospitality.

Very nice stay with Roberto and Elisa. The two are super friendly and eager, very easily accessible and even drove and picked us up several times. There was also a small welcome pack of food. It would have been even nicer with Italian knowledge. The apartment is a bit remote, so wonderfully quiet and green, short distance to 2 great beaches. Car is necessary, by bus it is difficult. Directly in the area there is no way to buy groceries, you have to drive into the city. Amenities (especially kitchen) are great, a few things were missing such as mosquito nets, chair sliders, more sockets. Elisa washes the laundry if wanted. Good to know: ventilation in the bathroom is difficult and the house is very noisy - all doors and furniture are noisy and you can hear people walking around etc. The view from the house is fantastic, you can see and hear the sea. Overall: a quiet, green stay with lovely people. Thank you!

Fully recommend Barbara’s apartment in Poggio. Clean and modern space, beautiful quiet piazza outside with the most incredible views, and only 2 minutes walk to the main piazza in poggio with a few great restaurants and cafes. Fantastic for accessing hiking routes and good location to explore the island from via car or on the public busses. Perfect for a relaxing and tranquil stay.

Roberta's flat is clean, functional and quiet. We used only 2 out of the 3 bedrooms and they were spacious. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but I still slept well. Our host warned us of potential noise coming from the nearby hospital but we didn't hear a thing during our 3 nights there. Walking distance to a small city beach, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The old town is around 15 mins walking. The star of the show is really Roberta - very kind, thoughtful and responsive, very attentive and a lovely person to communicate with! Thank you so much, we hope to see you again if we ever come back to Elba :)

Giorgio and his wife were very welcoming and were very eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is cozy and quiet. The terrace was very nice but a water resistant roof would create the opportunity to be outside despite the rain (which we had a few days during our stay). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! From the first contact, the owner was extremely kind and helpful, making me feel immediately welcomed. The place is perfectly equipped, there's really nothing missing: from the full kitchen to the small details that make the environment comfortable. I felt right at home, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to relax, immersed in tranquility and comfort. The photos match the apartment perfectly, which is spacious and very nice in my opinion. Great location, quiet and relaxing area with beautiful outdoor space, it was fabulous lunch and dinner outside. Downtown Porto Azzurro can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Great!

apartment in an extremely quiet and peaceful context; comfortable, well equipped, great wifi, presence of only 1 air conditioner but more than enough to make the temperature of the house perfect especially in these days of intense heat. there is an extremely useful "condominium" washer. Simple recycling. Pebble beach a few hundred meters away (rather sloping road not suitable for people with health/walking problems or couples with strollers...unless you decide to move the car every time) Welcoming, helpful, and reserved owners The only thing missing to make the apartment perfect would, in my opinion, be a small dishwasher. For the rest, highly recommended especially for those like us on vacation who want to stay away from the baraonda

Very good conditions. Close to marina and beaches. Provided parking, which is very important in resort towns. Beautiful neighborhood. Sensational housing conditions. Recommended.

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

We loved our stay, the accommodation is sublime, clean, good location and the view is simply beautiful. A staircase leads directly to the beach is paradise! Paola is very nice and welcoming.

Anna and Felice know what it means to take care of the guest, extraordinary hospitality and kindness and availability on anything. The house was super clean and had everything you need for a quiet stay. We recommend any couple to go there.

An apartment in a place that is a gem in the mountains. Very nice and tidy house, even better than we expected! We found it cute and equipped with every comfort; Stefania and Luigi were immediately very helpful, kind and welcoming. It was a real pleasure staying with them! One aspect that can be advantageous or disadvantageous, depending on the type of vacation you have in mind, is the secluded nature of the place: it can be out of the way, but it pays off with breathtaking sunsets.

The apartment matched the description we had read in the listing, but the photos did not fully represent the beauty of the place. The view is fantastic and has a beautiful sunset every night and a beautiful moon every night. The house has everything you need for a vacation, the only downside is not having the washing machine for exclusive use but in the end we were able to wash everything as needed. Isolina has a precious treasure in her hands that you feel you have to preserve as if it were your own, even if for a few days. It was a refreshing vacation for us.

I highly recommend this place, especially for families, the ladies were incredibly helpful and kind :) I hope to come back someday 😁

We spent a weekend in the Scarlino area and Stefano's house was a perfect solution for two families with small children. The center of Scarlino literally starts at the curve on which the house overlooks, and therefore can be reached on foot. The house is comfortable and we had a good time, check-in & out managed remotely and therefore simple and flexible, Stefano is very helpful and available when we had questions to ask (we also met him in person). Thank you for everything!

Highly recommend this home to families with children! Our kids loved the pole, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. A quiet and nice place that we would love to visit again. The breakfast buffet was incredibly luxurious and fresh, with lots of different options. Nice apartments with comfortable beds. We had a cozy private patio.

The location is great both for touring the island and to go comfortably to Lacona beach on foot, the view is very nice and you are practically a stone's throw from a very good restaurant/bar. The bathroom is large and quite comfortable, the outdoor area is identical and very peaceful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable but overall we had a good time. Watch out for the fridge, it doesn't have a freezing space that could come in handy for those like us who had brought ice cream for the fridge bag.

Fantastic apartment with air conditioning facing the sea and the free beach. Everything is new and extra clean. Fantastic hot tub! Total comfort for us with a girl is a dachshund dog and no car. Two supermarkets nearby and many nice places to eat or just a coffee. San Vincenzo is small but pretty and easily reachable by vehicle. Special thanks to Mr. Stefano and his wife for the kindness and attention they gave us and to Christian for the passage and care. We hope to be back soon! Thanks again, we recommend for a serene and comfortable holiday!

This was a beautiful and rustic accommodation in a fantastic location. A car is a must as the vineyard is a little off the main roads but it’s a perfect place to explore from. Chiara and Luca were so welcoming and helpful and the welcome pack in the room was very much appreciated. The wine was sensational and a definite plus to the accommodation. The pool was fantastic and never felt busy and the sunbeds could be used anywhere in the grounds, which was perfect for reading a book and enjoying the surroundings in peace. This location was perfect for us as we love to cook and eat outside. The kitchen was well equipped but a little on the small side for family cooking. However there were fantastic restaurants in Massa Marittima just 10 minutes drive away. Overall a fantastic stay and a place we would love to return to.
