Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

Good location and nice view from the top floor bedroom. Didn't get to enjoy the deck much because of the weather. One of the bathroom sliding doors couldn't be latched/locked but otherwise everything else was good.

What an incredible gem! Jennifer was such an amazing host. The home band surroundings were better than the photos and description. Our time flew by having so much fun on the lake and thanks to Jennifer we made incredible new memories.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The interior space was very large, which was more than enough for the two of us. Everything was tidy and clean upon our arrival. I really enjoyed the fact that the host provided some guides and information of things to do in the area. The drive to Seattle was about 20 minutes while we were in town. Renton is also nearby, which is only a few minutes drive with a lot of shops/restaurants there to enjoy. When I am in the area again, I would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Really enjoyed my stay - nice value for a cozy, clean, well equipped, quiet Kenmore retreat. I’ve stayed in a few Airbnbs in the neighborhood, and Hui’s is the best. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The unit was clean, the location was peaceful, and to hosts were so friendly. We needed a relaxing stay, and that is what we got.

What a great place. Right in the middle of belltown with lots to do great restaurants and several concert venues. the view is excellent and the place is very comfortable. I will definitely be booking with Ben again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just a short walk from the bus stop (we took it to Pike place) and some cozy cafes. Kelly was responsive and everything was as described. Would definitely book again!

We absolutely loved Katya's place! First, Katya was incredibly communicative before we arrived and during our stay, and she made sure we had everything we needed. The space was pristine and had every amenity anyone could want, from a french press to a tea kettle to both scented and unscented laundry detergent. The kitchen had an array of dishes, pots and pans, and there was even an entire spice rack. We made breakfast each morning and enjoyed sipping our coffee looking out at the beautiful patio surrounded by lush trees. When we come back to Seattle again, this will be our go-to place!

Delightfully clean, within easy walk of D-bus RapidRide to/from downtown and Ballard. Magnificent view of lit-up Magnolia neighborhood at night. Alex's team was responsive and proactive and friendly throughout. I hope to come back and stay again sometime. Thanks, folks!

Host was very nice and communicative. Our only surprise was that the laundry is openly shared with the upstairs unit, though very manageable (host was quick to communicate on this initial concern). Place was perfectly located on a beautiful block near lots of food. The inside was a hair dated and had some furniture pieces that were in the way more than they were helpful, but we gently shifted to accommodate our baby. Overall would stay here again for a trip to Seattle where we planned to be out on the town and doing local things!

Great location! It’s just around the corner from Alki Beach. There are lots of cafes and restaurants by the water and more shops just a few minutes away on California ave.

This place is a nice and quiet spot and very convenient to a market and a bus stop when you don’t want to travel with a car! It’s spotless and comfy bed!

I highly recommend this house and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It’s a beautiful home in an absolutely stunning location. My wife and I wanted to get out and explore the area, but the view was so beautiful it was hard to leave the house. Every day we took long walks on the shore and also just enjoyed relaxing inside and staring at the water through the windows. The management company was highly responsive to one minor issue we raised (which turned out to be a misunderstanding on our part). There is a caretaker on site who was purposely being unobtrusive but came to the door to help us after our management request and she was very friendly and helpful. Our entire experience at this AirBnb was great and I hope we get the chance to return some day.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. The house is in a very quiet and safe area, with rooms offering sunset and lake views. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices. You can walk to the lakeside from the house. The house is clean, and the hosts frequently vacuum the carpets. The hosts are warm, friendly, and flexible people, always willing to help and easy to communicate with. The house has many workspaces, making it very convenient for remote-working guests. 🌷

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

I stayed for business purposes, the hosts were very responsive and easy to chat with. In the future I would stay there again, it suited my needs perfectly.

Ken's place is phenomenal! Joe, his contact, was Great and kept us informed before the trip. The home is more beautiful than the photos! It is new, clean, and was perfect for our family. Everything worked from all the lights/appliances/fireplace/toilets, etc. The location was great to get to local restaurants and shops walking. Trader joe's was just 0.7 miles away. 35 minute uber to SEA airport. Great to have AC/heat/fireplace. The outside patios offered great views of the Puget sound and mount Rainier. One of the best houses I have ever stayed in. A must to book if your going to Seattle!

A great location close to Alki Beach. Rooms were very clean, well stocked with sample “goodie” bags throughout. Enjoyed cooking breakfast with the breakfast items provided. Thank you for the pleasant stay! Pat and Frank
