The house was very comfortable and well kept up with a mid-century modern vibe. The beds and linens were very nice too! The location is perfect if you have a student at UPS and central to get to other local attractions. There is some noise that carries from the guests/residents below, but to be expected in an older home and Reece was very responsive about any concerns.

Great location for where it’s at. Honestly, my favorite part about the house was the bed. It was so comfortable. Honestly, I need to ask where you guys got your pillows from I need those at home. Overall, the house was nice and minimalistic. I think the only tiff I would have is getting accustom to the parking. Otherwise our stay was amazing and very easy. Very walkable to diners and ice cream shop and food.

Great location, away from the noise and allowing restful sleep. Love the different bed options to accommodate different needs. Having a shower pan with built-in anti-slip, a removable shower head, along with multiple grab bars, is important and greatly appreciated!

I stayed here for about 6 weeks and it was perfect for me and my mom! The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved coming "home" to such a pretty space. Turo was very easy to connect with and it was a big plus that he was next store if anything came up. Would definitely book this spot again!

This was the perfect house for us during our stay for our son’s wedding. Close to Point Rustin and an easy drive. Quiet neighborhood, we felt right at home

This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

Super cozy stay. Loved being able to do laundry before I left. Rooftop was incredible and great breeze came through patio. The bed was super comfy! Great responsive hosts!

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our visit was due to medical appointments/business trip and the location was ideal—close to my work office, UW Hospital and great restaurants. Alex was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting Seattle!

Location in Fremont neighborhood which makes it so accessible to coffee, restaurants, shopping or just taking a walk to explore options. This is second stay here because of its location and also the bonus parking space in alley for a vehicle rather than parking street side. I will recommend to friends and family with 3-4 guests traveling to Seattle.

Jay was an amazing host! He was very quick at responding to me when I had questions. The place was very clean and beautiful. We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

This home was excellent. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was beautiful. Easy to find. Private and serene and close to everything we needed. Zero complaints only kudos. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.
