Waterfront vacation rentals in Camden County

We stayed at the Coinjock, NC location right on the water, and we were SO pleased!! Very private, comfortable, and beautiful surroundings. The space was very clean, and had everything we needed. Gia was such an amazing host, she was incredibly responsive with any questions I had, and was kind enough to give us a late checkout. We ended up using our gift certificate at Chili Peppers restaurant, and it was SO delicious!!! I can’t say how happy I am with everything, it’s beyond words. We had such a great weekend, and We will 100% be returning in the future ❤️❤️❤️

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

If you are headed to Elizabeth City, you have to stay at Harbour Place! It is immaculate, stylish, and walkable to everything in downtown. Michael is an exceptionally hospitable host. It was quiet and private as well. Slept like a dream. And he really has thought of everything. This Air BNB is top tier! Highly recommend.

Beautiful place right next to the waterway! We loved watching everything from little boats to big yachts pass by—it made the stay feel extra special. The room was very clean, and the kitchen had all the basic utensils we needed. The view is simply amazing and makes it a perfect spot to relax. Gia is a wonderful host—she checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, and she was very understanding of our situation, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. A couple of small suggestions: adding an iron and a bath mat outside the shower would make the stay even more comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great!

EP was beautiful. The entrance being on the outside was very convenient. The only thing that took us by surprise was no stove or hot plate, however, because we were so close to my daughter’s home it wasn’t an issue. Very clean & beautiful. Rooms were bigger than expected. Overall, very nice place & we will be booking again.

My husband and I love this place, the view is incredible and the sunsets are spectacular to watch.☺️ Alice is the sweetest host ever! Can’t wait to come back! ❤️

The River House was the perfect getaway for a month. The location is removed enough to feel peaceful and serene, yet a quick drive into town for groceries didn’t feel daunting. Some highlights: - The sunroom is a huge perk and we loved reading in there - Hosts provided lots of fun ways to enjoy the property and water - kayaks, floaties, outdoor seating, fire pit, etc - Joan is the nicest, friendliest point of contact. Couldn’t have asked for a better host - The entire house is super well stocked, including anything & everything you could need in the kitchen, tons of extra towels, and snuggly blankets to use on the couch

Older home with lots of character. We enjoyed the location to easily get to the Coastal Carolina Cycle event & evening activities. We appreciate it is pet friendly but you do need walkable pups. There is a nice waterfront park about 5 mins away, we walked one & strolled the tiny one to get to the park. The park was clean & beautiful waterfront views.

We had an amazing stay at this place with a group of friends for the weekend. Their house was thoughtfully decorated and spacious for all of us. We will be back. Currituck trading post, pass the salt and Morris Farms were all great experiences in the local town.

Michelle’s cottage was clean and convenient. It was right on the sound with beautiful views and a private dock. The neighborhood was very quiet. Michelle was helpful and responsive and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

Kristin's place in Elizabeth City was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Her home was as described. It was perfect for visiting our Coastie who lives close by. The location is easy to navigate to great local restaurants, galleries, the waterfront area, the USCG base, as well as the OBX.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The surrounding views were so beautiful and relaxing. Our 2 dogs enjoyed sniffing around the yards and exploring. Dog treats, bowls, and beds were provided which was a nice touch. We spent the days exploring Edenton and Elizabeth City, and we had cozy movie nights with their smart tv. Restaurants are at least 20 minutes away which wasn’t too bad. There’s a convenience store 5 minutes up the road that also does pizza orders. We tried it one night, and it was super good! We thought this was awesome because the house was in a pretty secluded but peaceful area. Thanks for a great weekend! Definitely made memories here to last a lifetime with my family and fur babies.

It was a really convenient stay for us as an impromptu trip. The communication was so quick and it was so kid friendly. Just what we needed for a short trip! Super clean and fun to see a little bit of the back woods of the OBX. Nice to be out of the city center! Thanks to Amanda for making us so comfortable.

It was absolutely amazing ! Loved everything about this home ! Enjoyed fishing out back and my daughter caught a lot of fish. Loved walking to the Marina and restaurant 3 doors down and watching and talking to the boaters. Can’t wait to go back Hosts were amazing!!!
