The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

Apartment is only one mile to hospital and is in walking distance to Plattsburgh State University. Perfect for Cardinal sports fans and parents as the PSUC Field house is located in the backyard. Large driveway can accommodate boats for fishing tournament guests. Unit is located upstairs with short, wide staircase. Unit is very clean and in safe neighborhood!

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. The retreat is an Adirondack Great Camp located in beautiful seclusion while still maintaining a reasonable distance to Burlington, Montreal, Lake Placid and Plattburgh, New York. It is near two mountain lakes as well. The retreat is close to the airport. You’ll love this destination because of the outdoors space ideal for bike riding and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Seasonal Cabin. Whether you are hiking, biking, climbing or paddling, Hiker's Cabin is an economical and comfortable place to stay. Private, not secluded. 1 Double bed, Outdoor shower. Screened in kitchen. Electric heater for cool nights. Charcoal grill / fire pit. No smoking indoors. No cats. Dogs allowed but must be well behaved and stay off of the furniture and bedding. Check-in @ 3 PM and beyond. Checkout at 11 AM.
