Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying for 3 nights in this idyllic cottage for new years eve with family and the dogs. Perfect if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful get away with a short distance to pubs and village centres close by. The cottage was immaculate and the right mix of modern and cosy. Emma the host was super responsive and helpful from booking throughout. Very secure for the dogs also! I would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to stay again myself.

We were looking for a great place to gather the family back in Derbyshire for Christmas family celebrations. Penny and her husband Paul bent over backwards to ensure that our stay was perfect. Penny went to the trouble of providing everything we needed for our 18 month old grandson - travel cot, high chair, baby plates and cutlery as we were travelling from abroad it would have been impossible to bring everything. In fact this went even as far as a toy box for him to discover. We were delighted with every aspect of the airbnb, location, rooms, garden, isolated spot yet easy to get out and about to local amenities. Not to forget Paul spoiling us with some culinary delights :-) I can only recommend this airbnb to others and hopefully we will be back one day in the summertime to take advantage of the garden. Wow! This has to be the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in. The place is exactly as described. It has everything you could need from shower gels, kitchen equipment, fantastic WiFi - it wasn't missing anything.

From start of booking Joy has been communicating. Stocked the fridge for us which was so very kind of her. Was much appreciated. It was home away from home.

We felt instantly at home in Craig's lovely flat. It was tucked away and quiet yet in the city centre just 5 minutes walk from the train station which was fabulous for us. It also has a parking permit if you come by car. Close to all the bars and restaurants but also has a well equipped kitchen so the one night we were unable to go out we had everything we needed to cook a dinner. We found it homely and comfortable and we slept very well. Craig was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful with local recommendations and helped us providing extra information relating to the reason for our visit. Craig is a wonderful host and we hope to stay at this flat again next time we come to Nottingham. Thank you so much Craig!

Hi - super apartment right bang in the middle of Nottingham City centre, literally. Perfect for a night out or visiting our student daughter at the University. Phil is a super host and will go out of his way to be flexible and supportive of a wonderful stay. Thanks Phil!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. It was just a one night stay whilst we were attending an event nearby lovely and warm on arrival immaculately clean and comfortable beds.

Kam was an absolutely terrific host and from experience, this is an incredibly rare find in Leicester. Kam was helpful from before the booking was made, all the way through to check-out. We could not be more grateful for him as a host. He accommodated our many needs and requests, he was always very helpful and positive and honestly one of the best hosts we've ever experienced. The home was beautiful and very well kept - the images don't even do it justice! I would definitely recommend staying at Kam's place if you are visiting Leicester. The location is great (especially if you're working at Leicester Curve like we were) and there are lots of local amenities within a short walking distance. We extended our stay because the apartment was so comfortable - we didn't want to leave! We will definitely be returning to Kam's place anytime we return to Leicester. We can't thank Kam enough for being an exceptional host and providing/upkeeping a beautiful home. Thank you Kam!

We are two sisters from HK and have a lovely stay, just feeling like a home, at Jo's Hedges from 4 Nov to 3 Dec 2024. Jo is an excellent host. She is friendly, welcoming and responsible. She allowed us an early check in. She recommended a list of good eating places and sceneries to us during our stay. The location of bnb is perfect, just within a short walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes and public transports. The bnb is tidy, spotlessly clean, quiet and safety. The bed is comfortable with supportive mattress. The bathroom is clean and modern. The kitchen has all necessary utensils. We highly recommend Jo's Hedges to other people. We will surely stay at this bnb again if we come to Beeston.

We hosted my Sister’s surprise 30th sleepover at this stunning and quirky loft. Our stay was exceptional….the varying eclectic decor gave us plenty of talking points and photo opportunities. There was plenty to do….hot tub, sauna, fußball. Everyone commented on how unusual but superb the accommodation was. The host was great to communicate with; from booking, right through to our stay. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!

This is an amazing cottage. Beautifully designed and homely and we loved visiting the cinema next door, which was a huge bonus to the stay. Angus was the perfect host, and super helpful. We will be back!

Definition of a superhost. Quick replies to any of my questions. Apartment was beautiful and in amazing condition. Kitchen has all the utensils you could ever need. Beds super comfortable and showers with good water pressure. For sure the best BnB in Nottingham.

The Acacia Apartment was a Great place to stay,had everything we needed ( and more!) Absolutely pristine throughout and wonderful showers and comfy beds,also so near to the Curve Theatre.....

This is the second time we stayed at this location. This place is brilliant, great value for money and great location, apartment was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to Leicester City Centre . This apartment has a kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of Leicester .

Comfortable apartment with everything you need, and more, thoughtfully provided by Bronwen. Helpful clear instructions for all appliances left in folder. Our only slight problem was that you could hear the people in the flat above walking round. So were woken a few times during the night. Location great with lots of attractions close by. We thoroughly enjoyed Hardwick Hall and Chatsworth. I’m sure we’ll be back as so much to see.

Garden Retreat is a lovely ground floor apartment with direct access to a lovely garden. The property was spotlessly clean with lots of additional touches such as phone chargers and torch. It was actually larger than I expected. It was comfortable with everything I could need and more. A large kitchen, comfortable lounge and quiet bedroom. The shower is blissful! Jonathan is lovely, welcoming but also respectful of privacy. There if needed. It’s about a 25 minute easy walk into Belper with its shops and eateries. Lots of great walks from the apartment and Belper. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit with my two dogs. I do hope I can visit again.
