A good sized, beautiful and well presented apartment. The location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a short break or business trip is provided for you. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a good base whilst exploring beautiful Derby.

Located within walking distance to centre, clean, modern, quiet with parking. Perfect.

An ideal location to explore Ashbourne and surrounding areas. Easy to find off the village/town square and plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself appeared recently modernised and it was really well kept. One thing to be aware of is that the bedroom is next to one of the main roads through the town so you do get a bit of evening road and people noise. It's not intrusive though as you're above ground level on that part of the building anyway. Lovely place and we hope to be back again in the future.

The property is exactly how it was described and looks like the Photos. The property was extremely clean when we arrived and the self check in was very easy. The location is fantastic with views of Carsington Water and access to the trail is just down the road. Kayleigh is a fantastic host and is was vevery responsive. We were able to book an extra night stay at late notice too. Thanks for a great stay, Kayleigh!

We felt instantly at home in Craig's lovely flat. It was tucked away and quiet yet in the city centre just 5 minutes walk from the train station which was fabulous for us. It also has a parking permit if you come by car. Close to all the bars and restaurants but also has a well equipped kitchen so the one night we were unable to go out we had everything we needed to cook a dinner. We found it homely and comfortable and we slept very well. Craig was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful with local recommendations and helped us providing extra information relating to the reason for our visit. Craig is a wonderful host and we hope to stay at this flat again next time we come to Nottingham. Thank you so much Craig!

The apartment is great and if anything, much better than what we expected. Danny has been an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home here. All in all, great experience with a great host. I would easily recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Nottingham.

Well presented and very clean inside. Good utilities to use and a comfy bed. Overall great experience.

I did not stay at Lucy's house, but booked for friends. All of them were super-impressed with the house. They thought that it was quirky and interesting. They loved the books and the decor. Also pleasantly surprised to be given a generous breakfast, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Also they commented on how comfortable the beds are. Very convenient for town, with a bus literally minutes from the house. Also a useful Co-Op at the end of the road.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

We hosted my Sister’s surprise 30th sleepover at this stunning and quirky loft. Our stay was exceptional….the varying eclectic decor gave us plenty of talking points and photo opportunities. There was plenty to do….hot tub, sauna, fußball. Everyone commented on how unusual but superb the accommodation was. The host was great to communicate with; from booking, right through to our stay. I would highly recommend this hidden gem!
