Cosy quirky upstairs apartment in a cul de sac of houses. Centrally located but extremely quiet and neighbourly. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Perhaps some new rugs needed in bathroom.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The beds and sofa's were very comfortable and Phillip was a lovely host. The location was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Nicolas place was lovely! Perfect location, comfy beds and spotless. Nicola was a great host and answered any questions I had quickly. Coffee machine with pods was an extra bonus. Thank you 🙂

It was a great modern apartment that was very reasonably priced, and in a great area. The only feedback I would give is that it would have been beneficial to state where stuff is kept, as I had to look around for extra bedding, and that there was not much toilet paper. However, we had a great stay regardless and I would definitely return again when visiting Digbeth😊

We could not recommend it enough! Marcus was so helpful, reactive and full of good recommendations for the area. He was also very accommodating for an early check-in. The cottage is clean and tidy and matches the pictures. Instructions were clear. We would stay there again!

Steve was a great host, throughly communicative and attentive prior to our stay. The property was in excellent condition, very clean and very well furnished. Locals were all very friendly and the bar at the back of the property was a bonus! Lovely area to go for a long walk and enjoy the countryside. Thank you - would stay again !!

Paul's place in Nottingham was lovely and was perfect for our quick stay! The view is stunning and the apartment was spacious and clean. It is very walkable to the Lace Market and tons of restaurants/shops (highly recommend Compa). The only downside is no free parking, but that is very understandable in the middle of the city and clearly communicated in the listing. Highly recommend Paul's place!

This apartment is one of the best I have stayed in, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Fran responded immediately to a question prior to my arrival and I couldn’t fault the check in instructions. The welcome package was also a very nice touch. Thank you

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Very nice property in a quiet location. Inside the property was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen was pristine. Modern interior decor. Everything you needed was at the property. We felt very relaxed and would recommend this property.

Sarah’s home was a beautiful paradise and perfect for a quiet break away! The home was described perfectly and came with everything you need to get lost inside your own bubble! The garden was perfect to enjoy in the sun, loads of space, to enjoy with a BBQ and make the most of the hot tub. The home was modern with a minimal look that really stood out and made the house a home. For those car enthusiasts, it’s perfect, parking your car within the back yard, leaving you nothing to worry about! Sarah was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our checkout time which allowed us to enjoy her little home that bit more! Her response time was second to none and answered any questions you may have. Sad the time away went too quickly, but would visit Sarah’s home again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a beautiful couple of days away, it was just what we needed!

We had an amazing stay at Vicky & Alex’s cottage. The house was fantastically equipped and beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds with high quality linens. Perfect for a girly hiking weekend away! Thank you so much - we will be back!

Scott's place was great for the six of us during our visit to Nottingham. The location was perfect, and Scott was on hand to answer all of our questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely, spacious apartment on the second floor (with lift access) of a Victorian property. Short (but uphill) walk from train station so very do-able by public transport. Host very responsive. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Kim’s Annex, the place was beautifully kept and even found a few little extras on arrival such as milk, jam, bread, eggs and cereal. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Southwell where there are lots of lovely independent shops, bakeries and there are plenty of countryside walks nearby. Arrival instructions were very clear, absolutely cannot fault it and would love to return in the future! ☺️

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

By far, the most beautiful airbnb we’ve stayed in. The way this property has been decorated is incredible - so much so that we changed our plans to spend more time in to make the most of it. The kitchen was well equipped (like the rest of the house) for us to make dinner. Angus was really friendly and had great communication throughout our break. If you’re not used to having people live near you, it’s good to know there is a little noise from upstairs - however it did not impact on our stay. Would highly recommend this property for if you’re looking to stay in the peaks.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

Place is exactly like it says on the tin (in this case the advertisement). I stayed here with my wife for her work trip and it was great. It is walkable to Oakham Business Park if you are ever working here. Amenities like few takeaways, local pub, supermarket and a hospital (hope you won't need it) are all walking distance from this place. King's Mill Reservoir is 5mins away if you fancy a nice walk. Cost is very good for you get and the location. One of the things which is important for me, is on premise parking and unlike many other adverts on Airbnb, where they say it is on premise but then ends up being on the road, is not the case with this one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a cost effective stay not far from the motorway M1 with easy access to local amenities.

A great stay at Sarah and Nick's place and we would definitely return. Great communication ahead of staying and nice hospitality in supplying milk, bread and some homemade jam. Much appreciated! The apartment is lovely and is within easy walking distance of Leek. No issues with parking and a 5 minute walk to the local Asda. We found Leek to be a lively town with some really good restaurants, and of course close to The Peaks. The locals in the Blue Mugge pub, a few minutes from the apartment, we're also really friendly. Highly recommended
