Lovely place to stay was just unsure on the central heating but we switched it to auto and it came on at 6am didn’t really no how to use it shop nearby for all ur essential bits will definitely stay again thanks Carrie x

We had a lovely stay, Danny and Paula were very accommodating. The property is modern and well adapted with 3 double bed rooms. The location is within a ten minute walk of the village with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs.

The property was exactly as listed – clean, well-located, and fully equipped. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in instructions were clear. A great option for both short- and long-term stays in the area. We would highly recommend this house as a base for a short or longer stay in the area.

We stayed here for two months as we were visiting family close by. For a long term stay, we can say without a doubt we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with herbs, spices, dishes and a variety of cooking tools. The bathroom had plenty of amenities for use. Spare bedding for change over days. Laundry facilities. Comfy bed with large tv for chill evenings. My husband and I were happy to have a ‘home’ to come home to after days out and about. There were stores nearby (Asda,Lidl, Starbucks etc) for groceries. Walking distance too. The house was very clean and there was even lovely thoughtful items such as bread and milk for us when we got there. Communication was great. Messages with questions responded to in a matter of minutes. Very kind and thoughtful hosts.

Having arrived in the UK from a 17hr flight, Judy’s private cottage in the country was just what we needed. It was quiet and peaceful with an abundance of wildlife….loved it.

The cottage went beyond our expectations, so clean and rooms all tastefully decorated. The cottage has all mod cons and loved the kitchen. We were clown away by the rooms and loved the bath in main bedroom. It was easy to find and in a perfect location, beautiful walks in all directions. The village of Hayfield is a nice walk away and you pass The Sportsman pub on the way, nice dog friendly pub, lovely roast dinner! We will definitely be booking again Thank you for having us! Great property to stay in, felt homely. Carol was really responsive and made sure that the EV charger was working for me when I 1st arrived. Would definitely see if this property was available if visiting the area again in the future.

The property itself is a lovely home, in great condition and with plentiful availability of all the amenities that were described. Would recommend.

It’s like visiting your Aunt & Uncle. On arrival we were made a brew whilst we unpacked. John had a wealth of knowledge about the area for us to bike/walk in addition to our plans. There was a slow cooker which was brilliant as meant like at home we could put tea on before mountain biking for the day. There was everything you could possibly need including a spare towel for my hair which no other Airbnb has had. We will be looking for other things to do in the area so we can stay again.

Amazing home from home Airbnb. Perfectly situated and only a short walk to coop live. It was brilliant to have a short stroll rather than wait for the packed trams into town. Lovely flat with a gorgeous sofa. Suzie was a great host.

Responsive host, nice, clean place

We only stayed for two nights for a quick fly through visit, but we were really impressed with the flat. It was clean, tidy and comfy. We loved all the little details Sarah added in, so many recommendations on things to do and she even left us milk and biscuits for when we arrived. Really wonderful spot, great value for money, will be booking again.

Flat was clean and comfortable. We loved the decor and the riverside terrace. The area has plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance and Macclesfield parkrun is just up the road. There was a lovely local guide left printed in the house which was helpful choosing somewhere to eat in a new area. Parking was a bit complicated, but Scott gave plenty of tips on where to park, both free and paid. They were responsive to questions and really helpful throughout our stay. Really handy for the train station as I had to go to London for an event. Under 5 minutes walk. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This is a beautiful and perfectly laid out annexe apartment. Super clean and decorated/fitted to a high standard. Loved the extras such as the coffee machine and pods, and a very kind welcome treat! Paul and Rosie are quick to respond and both have a friendly manner. The annexe is attached to the family home, but I did not hear a thing from anyone else once inside. It was very helpful to have a car space provided on the driveway. Thank you for great hosting.

Phil and Anne were wonderful, even before we arrived we needed to switch our dates and they were happy to accommodate the change without fuss. On arrival we were shown where to park and around the accomodation, which was just as described, clean,tidy, super comfortable and had all the described amenities and lots of little touches that made our stay perfect. Thank you both for a wonderful base for our trip.

Fantastic place to stay, space was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. 5 star hosts, they even provided fresh milk and a coupe of Kit Kats. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Absolutely loved staying here, located was perfect surroundings are very peaceful. The apartment is clean and modern, convenient for shops and bars etc Hosts have been so thoughtful and have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

the apartment had everything we needed, plenty of books for recommendations of what to do, only a stones throw away from the centre of Buxton. They have put their heart and soul into the referb and it shows and they've done it so well while maintaining the character of the building. Thank you again and I'm sure we'll be back!!

The flat was absolutely perfect! Very clean and tidy! Had everything you could need and more! Was as described! Alastair left easy and very informative instructions on how to get into the flat and it was very helpful and made checking in effortless. Would 100% stay here again and recommend for anyone looking to stay in Manchester! Less than 10 minutes away from the centre, which is amazing as there was no outside noise. Overall, very enjoyable, lovely experience
