It’s a 1 minute walk to amazing independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and play park within walking distance. There are nice woodland walks. There is a red squirrel nature reserve. You can have days out to Crosby, Southport, Liverpool, Manchester and Blackpool too.

Family home with open plan downstairs area, with equipped kitchen, dining area & living space, upstairs has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) bathroom/WC with bath & overhead shower. To the front of the cottage is a large patio area with table & chairs, plenty of outdoor space, we are ideally situated for some of the North Wests finest golf courses.

The Annexe

This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
