We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! It was such a unique experience and so relaxing. The location was really great too - it had a quite country feel while being just 10 minutes from a cute downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely come back! My only note is that the cleaning fee seemed high to me, especially with all the requests for check-out (guests wash dishes, take out trash, etc.). However, it is a very large house. Overall, we loved it and would surely recommend it to anyone!

We were disappointed because one of the primary reasons we booked this location was for the pool, but it was inaccessible. I do wish there would have been prior communication in the listing that it wasn’t available. However, we enjoyed our time and would come stay again.

It's difficult to find rentals that are exactly what they say they are...... but this one did! Even though we were clearly in a populated area (it's a condo for Pete's sake) you'd swear you were in the middle of a forest when you are out on the balcony deck. It was super clean and there were plenty of supplies for whatever we needed to do in the kitchen. This rental is a gem.... we will definitely book again when we return!

Awesome stay! Joshua was very responsive to messages and house was immaculate. Very close to all things Branson! Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We stay in a ton of air bnbs, this was one of the best. Do know that even though you are “ground level”, there is another unit below you. We will definitely be back!!

Love our stay at Rick and Michelle’s condo! We had trouble getting in (my fault) and I texted and Rick called me right away with help. The condo itself was spotless and although we did not take advantage, there were many activities offered. Grounds were peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe with a guarded gate. Location was close to Branson Landing and 76. Definitely will stay again when in Branson!
