We had a wonderful time staying at Charles house! Super cute neighborhood with lots to do downtown wilmy. The house was very clean and beautiful! We felt right at home and will definitely be back soon.

The cottage was great. Everything was as described and shown in pictures. Peaceful, relaxing neighborhood, close walk to the beach, fabulous porch to start your mornings and end your evenings, and although small fit our needs of 4 adults and 1 child. Only downsides were the beds were pretty saggy as others mentioned and could probably use some updating and the kitchen could use some organizing/clean-out in the cabinets. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again when returning to the area.

Great place to stay. You can easily walk to some shops and coffee. Wish they had beach chairs.

Jim’s place was the perfect house for us for our weekend trip. The pool and the beach access were unbeatable. The space was comfortable for all 11 of us and we had no issues what so ever during our trip. Jim was great to message with, very friendly and professional, I’d highly recommend his home to anyone.

Always a joy being at this cottage! My week of solitude . . . very comfy, the ocean, rockers on the porch, wonderful sea breeze, being able to walk out the door and practically hit the sand is so worth it! Love it and I plan to book again for next year!

I fell in love with this home! Everything is so perfectly designed and accommodating. It is less than 30 minutes away from the beach. I would love to come back every year. Corinne is also a wonderful host and you will not be disappointed if you rent this house.

Our stay at Mark & Lisa’s was wonderful! The home was lovely; cute as a button and clean as a whistle. Our stay was delayed by a day due to TS Debby, but Mark & Lisa were so understanding. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the trip we wanted. We had planned this weekend beach getaway spontaneously so we could unwind for a few days before my educator husband went back to the classroom for the fall. My sister passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago and our vacation plans had been waylaid by grief and handling her final arrangements. This was a much needed retreat for us both and the home/location delivered as did Mark & Linda. Very grateful that they so graciously shared their comfy coastal cottage with us 🩵

Erin’s place was very nice and clean. Perfect for a little family like mine. The location is also good because it was very quiet at night and just a short walk to the beach. I wouldn’t change a thing about our host they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The apartment had everything we needed. it was clean and had a comfy bed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. it really felt like home and would certainly stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob's place! It was just as advertised, clean and welcoming. The balcony over the river is where we put in the most hours, just watching the changes in the river, the various boats, and people-watching on the river walk. Everything we did was within minutes of the condo...great restaurants and shopping. Bob provided plenty of info and recommendations for eating and sightseeing. We were there on Memorial Day and could easily see the USS North Carolina lit up in red, white and blue. Even though it was cloudy/rainy most of the time, the awning on the balcony kept us dry and comfortable. A couple of time we had questions for Bob and he was immediately responsive and helpful. It was just the relaxing getaway we were hoping for! We would recommend this spot anytime for 2 guests!

Had an awesome and peaceful stay here. We used the bikes every day and it was a 5 minute ride to the beach and all the little shops and restaurants. Everything was so clean and we had more than everything we could need here. They provided towels, beach gear, hair dryer, etc. Highly recommend!

A super cute condo in a great location on the Riverwalk with easy access to downtown bars and restaurants. It was perfect for us and had amazing views of the river from the balcony! Our host, Audrey, provided helpful, timely information and was very responsive. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway to Wilmington - we would book again!

We have stayed at this place several times and always feel right at home. The condo is bright with a spacious living room and a gorgeous view of the river and battleship. The bathroom has plenty of counter space with a nice walk-in shower. Everything is so clean. The bed and furniture are so comfortable. We can't wait to return for our annual Wilmington pilgrimage.

Excellent spot to stay if you are visiting Wilmington. Great river view, walkable to many different things to do. Host was very responsive.

This was a great choice for the extension of our stay in Kure. Right next to the pool and walkway to the beach, unbeatable view from the balcony, and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept on in a while! Andee, the property manager, was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!

Robin is a wonderful host! The condo was spotless and well appointed, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Robin responded quickly to any of our questions. The area was central to everything and very peaceful. We appreciated her homebaked cookies that she had left- a great snack when we arrived. I would recommend to anyone wanting to spend any time in the Sunset Beach area.

Our family had such a wonderful beach weekend here. Upon walking in, everyone was struck with how nice of shape the condo was in. Clean, full of amenities, and plenty of space for our family. They even provided beach towels for use! Everything was exactly as described and where it was supposed to be. Most times I dread the cooking equipment in AirBNB rentals but we were shocked by the quality of knives and pans provided. Directions were always clear, on time, and never overly complicated. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, Nicholas and family!

Great place to stay! View is beautiful looking at the river while sipping coffee on the deck. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. The river boat, shops, restaurants and local pubs. We were close to Greenfield Amphitheater and then short trip back to the flats which is decorated so cute, very stylish and Anthropologie. Cam is super accommodating! I would stay again hopefully soon!

My fiancé and I visited this Airbnb for about two days and we enjoyed our stay. The ocean is literally a walk away and the area is calm and peaceful.

Lovely condo! Perfect size for my husband and I and the amenities provided were perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy and the private pool/beach access was awesome. Tony messaged me when they were unable to message through Airbnb to make sure I had everything I need!!
