We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 large dogs on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

Jennifer was an amazing host. She was very responsive and great to work with! The house has so much space! There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, another bathroom on the main floor and downstairs there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. We loved the amenities! There was a pool table, darts, hot tub, big jenga blocks outside and a plethora of board games. There were also two large tables to eat at and a large TV in the living room. The mall was less than 20 minutes away along with plenty of places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Wichita!

This ranch was absolutely stunning. The interior was fully stocked. And very comfortable to stay in, we felt immediately at home. The views were breathtaking, and the ponds and wildlife were so much fun. We enjoyed a beautiful evening on the porch and at the fire pit. We explored the property a bit and got some good fishing in and caught four bass. We would most definitely stay again!
