Lakeside Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with central heat and air. It is a cozy comfortable place to relax and enjoy the beauty of lake Brownwood. This retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood populated mostly by retirees. The backyard is a perfect place for a fun day of relaxing and barbecuing. Normally it’s a great place for fishing or swimming (about 5’ deep) but we are currently (summer 2023) in drought conditions in the water behind lake side cottage more like a marsh.
