Perfect in every way for a comfortable & convenient stay. The apartment is spacious, well lit, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities provided. The location is a 10 minute walk to 2nd Street Light Rail station which makes it really convenient to get to places. Neighborhood is peaceful and safe to walk. Loyda is a wonderful host. She was responsive and friendly. All the requests we made were promptly responded. Our stay was smooth and really comfortable thanks to her and her team. The place’s nightly rate is not exactly cheap but you get what you paid for. Great value for money, all things considered. Recommended for families or groups looking for an all-round great stay while you visit New Jersey and New York city!

Great place to stay whether visiting NYC OR NJ you still get the NYC experience for the rooftop. The host is even wonderful, Highly recommend!

Awesome stay! Would definitely come back. Everything was super clean and tidy, and my room looked exactly like the photos (or even better). Also it’s in a great area: 1 block away from SoHo and super close to Chinatown. Also close to West Village, so I had a lot of things to do. Breakfast was great! I’d give it a 10/10, and the price is super accesible!

We really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Apartments. The unit was very clean and modern. The beds were really comfy and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We loved the gym and the entertainment area with the billiards table. We used the parking spot which is a very helpful option to have. Overall a great option for larger groups!

Ira’s place was better than expected. The pictures don’t do this place any justice. Her place is so nice and clean. I did wish she offered complimentary drinks and snacks. However, there’s a deli less than five minutes away walking distance. Also, there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. If I’m ever in the area I would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and located in a newly built building with excellent facilities. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive throughout my stay. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you!

Staying at Hai’s place was such a delight. Loved all the plants and his beautiful cats Rio and Luca were so very welcoming, as well as Hai himself of course! Hai was a super friendly, chill and flexible host giving me loads of recommendations around Brooklyn. Location was also central to lots of neighbourhoods I wanted to explore. Definitely recommend!

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

We loved our stay in Helen’s apartment. Location - just far enough away from Times Square - but within walking distance. Lots of amenities close by. The apartment is so very comfortable.

Lovely home and comfy beds. Easy access to public transportation

It was my first experience sharing a house with the host. Since the host was out for work, I didn't see them often. I used the place very comfortably as if I were staying alone. The bathroom was also very clean, which was nice. The person who visited Manhattan with me found accommodation in downtown Manhattan, and I visited that place. Even though this accommodation has lower accessibility than the one in Manhattan, it offers much higher cleanliness and comfort. If I go to New York again, I will naturally look for this host's accommodation first

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Clean, spacious place, and with a convenience store just across the street everything is just great. Going into Manhattan may take slightly longer or slightly more expensive compared to being in NY itself, but definitely doable.

Family reunion? Group trio? This place is perfect for that! Godfrey’s place was spacious. Some rooms had attached bathrooms. Some rooms had shared bathrooms. Large living spaces and a full Kitchen. This house was close to Hofstra and to the sweet area in Garden City full If coffee shops and restaurants. The area was quiet and safe. The yard (front and back) is large and fenced in which was great for the children to play in. There is no bedroom in the first floor so make sure everyone is able to climb steps. To get to the third floor, the steps become very steep. This wasn’t an issue for us but I could see it being something to consider for some. 10:10 would stay at this place again and recommend it for large groups who want to be together but also want to be able to retreat away into private rooms.

The place is great! Everything is new and fancy. Highly recommended to everyone.

The house was as advertised in the post and pictures. Nice beds in all the bedrooms, plenty of kitchen and den space with TVs in all the bedrooms as well as big TV in the den. Being able to park in the driveway was a big plus! Good water pressure in the baths (can be a hit or miss in the older houses in the area). Very well-equipped kitchen (minor knock that dishwasher and ice maker weren’t working). I would stay here again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved the living environment there. It was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect peaceful retreat. The landlord went above and beyond by sending us over 20 detailed instructions in advance, explaining how to use every facility in the apartment. From start to finish, everything was meticulously arranged. We were all extremely satisfied with this stay

Karen’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Stayed a few days for a concert at MetLife, and had the easiest drive there and back. Really good restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores/necessities. Neighborhood was very cute and extremely quiet. The space had everything we needed, plus so many comfy couches as beds. The showers had the highest water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Probably not the best place for small children because of the stairs and personal belongings. The basement is beautifully redone, and has very up to date gym equipment that I didn’t notice in the listing photos. I’d definitely recommend Karen’s place to anyone looking for a place near MetLife or just a quiet comfortable home.

Extremely kind and responsive host. Safe area. Stayed one night as we flew out of JFK early next morning, would stay again when flying out of JFK.

Tanya’s place is a goth for me always a great stay wonderful neighborhood and it’s a short drive to the city

Beautiful stay . Host was amazing and responsive ..Location close to multiple stores and restaurants within walking distance they offer free parking for 1 car . Be aware if you bring a 2nd car you may have to purchase a $10 parking permit because they do street cleanings. But all in all amazing stay ,1 bus took us straight to NYC and back but big hills great neighborhood, awesome host , beautiful home would absolutely recommend.
