Situated in the shadow of the South Downs National Park on a small rural road with hardly any neighbours our charming cottage is a great place from which to explore the unspoiled open countryside and its many footpaths around us. The nearest street light is two miles away. Owls, deer and the occasional nightingale are the only sounds in the middle of the night The cottage décor is fresh and modern with plenty of parking and a small decking area. The Hut in the Paddock - VERY DOG FRIENDLY!!

The Hut is in a completely private and securely fenced paddock. It has a double bed, under floor heating, television, outdoor shower, wifi. There is a kitchen, shower room and sitting room with a sofa bed, television/DVD player in the stables. There is also a smaller hut. There are two fire pits and a barbecue. Important - if you are visiting for a party, wedding etc, it is NOT permitted to leave your dog alone in the hut or sitting room while you are away from the paddock.

Enjoy this beautiful mews home with family, friends and dogs. In the heart of the popular Kemp Town Village in Brighton. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We have free on-site parking for one car and offer free off peak charging for EV cars. The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
